Chapter 36

My eyes started tearing, while my body froze seeing the sight in front of me. I couldn't believe it. Please, let it be a dream, please..

It was Aisha, and Rohan. Rohan's hands were around her waist, while her hands cupped his face, and their lips locked with each other.

They pulled away, still looking at each other. You know what killed me? She looked at him, the way we used to look at each other. They were holding each other, the way we used to.

"I can't believe I'm saying this.." She breathed out. "But.. I love you too."

Tears rolled down my cheeks as I processed the words. No! This can't be true!!

He smiled and kissed her forehead, making my eyes burn in anger. He cupped her face and kissed her again. I came into my senses as I realised what was happening. They just confessed their love for each other. Ash didn't feel anything for me, but for him.

All this happened, because of him. He was the one who betrayed her. He was the one who kidnapped her. He was the one, because of which my Aisha forgot me. He was the reason for my heartbreak. And now he, was the one who was going to live his last day on earth. Don't blame me, he ruined my life.

I rushed towards them and pulled Rohan away from their kiss, cause that should be me, not him!

"What the- Oh God!" Aisha yelled as I threw a punch on Rohan's face. He deserved it. He messed up with my love life.

"How dare you bastard!?" I yelled in anger as I hit my knee on his stomach. He groaned in pain. Someone held my arm. I knew who it was, it was the only one with whom I was going to spend the rest of my life, my love.

"Please stop!" She said. I turned to her with tears in my eyes.

"Shut up!" I exclaimed, making her flinch back. I turned to him and started hitting him hardly. I was able to hear her cries, but that didn't affect me. I just wanted to end this man's life today.

"No, Zayn! Stop!!" I heard Liam, he really thought he would stop me. I continued beating him, while he kept groaning in pain. He really thought he could take Aisha away from me? She is mine, and she will be till the end!

Some strong arms wrapped around my body, and started pulling me back. I struggled getting out of the grip, but still failed. They pulled me back.

"Guys fucking leave me!" I yelled.

"For God's sake! Control your anger!!" Niall shouted back at me. I still kept fighting to get out of their grip. Ash crouched down to Rohan's half-conscious body, trying to wake him up as she cried. This made me more angry.

"Ash! Get away from him!!" I warned her. She got up and walked towards me. I didn't knew how, but her eyes made my anger calm down. I stopped struggling and stood at my place, gazing into her beautiful eyes, which held tears now. Eventually, the grip around me loosened. I looked at her with soft eyes as she was looking at me angrily.

I immediately hugged her. I needed it the most, but I wanted her to feel my love. I wanted her to know I loved her no matter what. I wanted her to remember the sweet and lovely time we spent together. I wanted her to know that I will always be there for her.

She struggled and pushed me away, making me look at her confusingly. The next thing I felt was a sharp pain on my cheek. I looked at her in disbelief as her eyes brimmed with tears.
