A smirk. A smirk is what made Rose Granger-Weasley agree to share a tent with Albus and Scorpius.
Scorpius was the one to smirk, and that made Rose feel helpless- as though she was Eliza when she meant Alexander Hamilton. (well, historically, Alexander was helpless. Eliza didn't want anything to do with Alexander because he did a lot of stupid things. example, when they were dancing Alex kept stepping on Eliza's feet. Nerd alert ) He had said something around the lines of ' I can't deal with him alone, can I?', referring to Albus, who regretted going to Rose in the first place. Now he'd be a third wheel. They would probably cuddle or some shit when Albus lay in the corner of the tent freezing his ass off because the person he was in love with was straight.
"Al? you ok?" Scorpius asked, nudging his friend, bringing him back to reality.
"w-what? " Albus quickly realized what was happening. "yeah I'm fine.."
"c'mon, we got to go pack," Scorpius said, grabbing Albus' arm and dragging him out of the great hall, not noticing Albus slightly flush.

Albus had fallen alseep before he could finish packing. He had gotten two jackets and a thin blanket packed, but that was pretty much it. He hadn't slept well the night before, and Scorpius knew this, so he let him sleep.
The other guys in the dorm were bickering about having to camp, and finished their packing pretty quickly, leaving the bags at the end of their bed and walking down to the common room.
Scorpius was shrinking down the bed covers and shoving them in a small bag that he had gotten from a muggle shop. It had a few pins on it- one of them being a bisexual pride one. He use to have a crush on Rose- but it went away in 2nd year. It had changed to Albus, and had been that way for a little while now. They were now in their 4th year. He glanced over at Albus. He seemed so calm. He looked like he was at peace.
It was at that moment when Scorpius knew it wasn't a phase. He really did love Albus Severus Potter.
