"Where am I?" Kate stuttered.
"In the world of Defendrall ." The voice repiled.
"Uhh, what state is that?"
"What on Defendrall are you talking about child?"
"Like the USA, What state?"
"Oh children, how clueless they can be. But siereously child, you are on the PLANET Defendrall, part of the Azoggall galaxy."
"The what of the what?" Kate asked stupidly.
"I cannot see how you could possibly be the chosen one. I cannot see the resemblance between you and your mother."
"Wait, you know my mother? What was she like? What color eyes did she have? Did she know me? How does she know you? How do-"
"Slow down child! I give you my word that I personally will answer all your questions but for now we have to get you to King." The man answ- wait, was it a man? It sure looked it. But in the corner of her eye it looked like eagle, her favorite animal. She pinched herself. -I must be dreaming. please please tell me I am dreaming.- (A/N THE ITALICS ARE KATE AND THE BOLD ARE THE OTHER MAN)-you are not dreaming child- " Ahhhhh! How did you do that!?" Kate screamed. She could have sworn she heard his voice in her mind.
"Do what?" The creature asked.
"The mind reading talky thingy!"
"Wait, you have never done that before! How can you have lived!"
"Uhh, I just did." Kate had absolutely no idea whatsoever what he was talking about. Thunder rolled in the distance.
"Better get you to King." The creature said.
"What king?"
"Not a king, King. Like his name is King."
"Oh. Can you explain everything on the way? " Kate asked him curiosly.
"Why, everything will take much much longer, but do you see that castle in the distance?" The creature asked her.
"Why yes, it looks a very far way away."
"Yes, yes it is. And I will tell you everything I can tell you on the way."
"Okay start telling. I'm all ears."Kate responded.
"No you are not all ears! You only have two ears!" The Creature stated curiosly.
"I meant, want never mind. Just please tell everyone as much as you can now I really want to know about this place."
