We used to joke about how true love was something we would never find but that didn’t matter because we had eachother. The perfect couple one drama queen (me) and one prince charming. But we were ten and we knew nothing of what our lives would be. Sometimes I wish we could have stayed that young, and that your image of me wouldn’t have ever changed. But it did and we’ll never have our moment. And I know you’ll never read this but I meant what I said that night I will always love you. So until you get your head out of Alex’s @$$ I guess I’ll just sit here in our shared home, with a cat that has both of our names on its birth certificate, and and I’ll wait...
