Aiya Akutosha pulled her sleeve down over her hands before raising it to cover her mouth as she yawned. She was currently in the school hallway of the second years, slowly making her way to her next class.

That must have been the tenth time she yawned that day and it was sincerely starting to annoy her.

Sure, the ash brown haired girl woke up a couple hours earlier than she would; in order to leave Asahi's place before he awoke; but was it really enough to make her body act out like this?

Maybe she should've slept in so she wouldn't be, not only tired, but blameworthy for leaving Asahi's humble home without a notice to him.

Unfortunately, the short girl wasn't paying attention to anything else but yawning tiredly, resulting in her slightly bumping into a girl whom was the same height as herself.

"Oh, I'm sorry. I wasn't looking where I was going."

Aiya apologized right away.

"No it's okay really! Actually, I'm looking for people to join the Photography Club! Would you be interested?"

The girl asked Aiya while she picked up the flyers the were sprawled out on the floor due to the impact. With guilt, Aiya bent down to help her. And picking up a flyer for her to look at herself.

Photography Club huh? Didn't seem to bad. She did enjoy taking pictures. And she did plan to join some kind of club this year.

"I'll definitely consider it. Thank you."

"Oh goody! That's good! It's only me in the club right now so it would really be helpful to have someone else as well."

'Wow, it was only her?' Aiya thought to herself before the girl in front of waved to get her attention.

"Sorry I bumped into you but I have to run now! If you want to join, then go to room 273 in the building closest to the field, I'm usually there when I'm not in class. See ya!"

"Yeah... See ya?"

Aiya was left confused by the chaotic girl, who failed to mention her very own name. 'She must really need members if that's the first thing she says instead of introducing herself,' the girl thought.

Her light auburn hair swayed as she shook her head and moved to turn in the direction she was originally heading in.

Only for the short girl to, once again, bump into something- or someone- much larger than the previous girl.

The impact of her hitting her face straight on the chest of who was in front of her caused her to stumble backwards. The book bag she carried on one shoulder fell to the ground and she soon followed with it.

Fortunately, Aiya didn't actually hit the ground. No, instead, two large hands gripped her shoulders before she fell to fat back and brought her up and close to said person.

Aiya let out a small squeak of shock in response to the sudden crash and catch. She mentally cursed at herself for being so clumsy and stupid lately.

She cursed herself for being so clumsy and looked up at the person, getting ready to apologize to them. Except, the sight of very familiar brown eyes stopped her mouth from speaking any words of apology.

Asahi stares down at her and her messy hair with a hint of a smile on his face.

Although he was disappointed to wake up and find her no longer in his house, he would never stay disappointed for long. Especially after she had helped him make a decision on his spot on the Boy's Volleyball Team.

"Are you okay, Aiya?"

She gave a weak nod before leaving his grasp and picking up her stuff that had fallen on the floor for a second time that day.

This included her glasses.

Yes Aiya wore glasses and only people at school knew that. Since she didn't necessarily need them to see outside of school, they were only meant for reading, but the girl actually enjoyed seeing the world a little bit clearer.

Asahi adored her. It was only his second time seeing her but his first time seeing her in glasses. It only made him feel worse knowing he was the one to knock them off her face when they ran into each other.

He hurried down to the floor to, gently, pick them up to clean them of any smudges. By the time he got them clean and spotless, Aiya finished picking her stuff up and was now standing up right. She tilted her head in confusion as she watched Asahi's large hands move to carefully put her glasses on her pink face.

She shamefully blushed at the closeness of his own face while he adjusted her glasses.

Once they were straight, he smiled and patted her head, making her hair messier.

"I didn't know you wore glasses, Aiya."

"Y-yeah."

She stuttered, not quite knowing what else to say to the very tall male. The girl gained the courage to give eye contact and focus solely on Asahi.

Aiya didn't regret it, for there was a happy look in his eyes. A look far different from the one last night.

Speaking of last night...

"I'm sorry I left so early, but I had to get my clothes from my house, change and get ready for school. I'll return your clothes to you?"

Aiya spoke a little clearer than before, not wanting to repeat herself.

Asahi smiled into a chuckle, his brown eyes squinted.

"Don't apologize, I understand. I- I'm just glad you're safe and okay."

His big hand rose to scratch the back of his neck before looking down at the girl. Looking down at her was still amusing to him, how could he get so attached to someone so small. However, thinking about it now it shouldn't be a surprise, Noya and him are close, just not in height.

His thoughts were interrupted.

"Thank you, Asahi. I should go to class."

"O-oh. Okay, I'll see you later Aiya."

She wanted to leave, but she didn't want to leave him. While she did enjoy merely gazing upon the beautiful male, his gaze on her, was making her somewhat shy.

Shy, in the presence of such a large male. Especially because she knew he wasn't as scary as people thought. Knowing part of his true nature, made her feel- paranoid? Anxious? Special?

She couldn't quite put it into words. The girl always stuffed her emotions down to seal them away, like how you struggle to zip an overpacked suitcase.

Aiya forgot what each emotion felt like.

And Asahi was more than willing to help her feel again.
