5- the walk

I wake up in the morning around eleven am. "finally your up!!" I hear a voice say. I look around and I see Noah on top of the dresser and holding on to the ceiling. I sit up quickly and look at him. "what on earth are you doing!?" I ask him. "to be honest I don't even know." He says hoping down.

I get up and walk into the bathroom, I brush my teeth, wash my face, put my hair in a messy bun, and put a sweatshirt and jeans on. I walked out of the bathroom and pass Noah in the hallway. Noah followed me. "can we go for a walk? Nobody else will come with me!" Noah asks begging like a baby. I laugh and shake my head yes.

We walk past Finn,"where are you guys going?" Finn asked. " just for a walk." I say. "okay be careful." He yells out. Once me and Noah get outside we start talking.

"hey Emma I need to talk to you." He says. "okay what's up?" I say. "So, do you like anybody..?" He asks. Does he know I like him! Crap. "um no, I don't know, well yes, maybe, yeah." I stumble. "I'll take that as a yes." He says. "what about you?" I ask him. "yes,yes I do." Noah says. He does! What if it's me!
"ooo who do you like!?" I ask. I shouldn't have asked that, it probably isn't me and I'm just gonna be heartbroken. "well she has beautiful dark blonde hair, she has beautiful green eyes."He says. I've never seen anyone who looks like that besides me. Which he definitely doesn't like me.
"I know she has a hurtful past and I want to help her with that I want her to know that I care for her, that I love her so much and I care about her. I want to be that someone she can always count on." Noah says. Who could he be talking about, I'm so confused.
"She's really funny and she always understands me. She has a cute obsession with the 80s and I've known her since I was ten and ever since I saw her I liked her." Noah says. It must be me. I've always loved the 80s I even have my room decorated in the 80s. We both stop and face each other. "what's your crush like?" He asks. "well he has big green eyes that can always show emotion, he always give great advice, even though he's never said it he's like the only person who cares about me, he has the funniest personality, and he's really stupid but that's why I love him, ever since I was ten I have liked him." I say looking up at him smiling. "sounds like a great person." Noah says. Then in just a blink of an eye, we both lean in and kiss. After we kiss I just giggle, don't know why but I do. "hey Emma, I-I know we don't leave the cabin for another month or two but once we leave, will you go on a date with me? Not a practice one." He says. When we were younger we would go on fake practice dates. Noah's parents would take us to a restaurant and we would pretend to date. It was pretty funny. "of course you can." I say and I hug him.

We start heading back, me and Noah just talk and talk about stuff. Noah tells me about his new game in roblox and he tells me about his upcoming jobs, we pretty much talk about anything possible. Then we both reach the cabin, we walk in and everyone is sitting in the living room staring at us. Me and Noah just look at each other and laugh. "what are you guys laughing at?" Caleb asks. Me and Noah we're laughing so hard we could barley breathe. "I don't know!" I say. "come here I need to tell you something." Sadie says standing up and grabbing my arm. She drags me upstairs and into hers and millies room, but locks the door so Millie can't come in. "I need to tell you something too." I say as we both sit in her bed. "okay you first!" She says. "so you know how I have liked Noah?" I ask. "yessss!" She says getting excited. "he told me that he has liked me since we were ten and he wanted to take me out after this cabin trip!" I tell sadie. She squeals and gets all excited. "YOU CANNOT TELL ANYONE!" I tell her holding her hands down. " I won't I won't I won't!" She says jumping up in down. "anyway I swore to god I saw Finn and Millie kiss!" Sadie says. "what? When where!?" I say. "I don't know I could be wrong though!" Sadie says. "well you are never wrong!" I say. We both giggle and get up and walk into the hallway.

We walk downstairs. Finn comes up to me. "can I see your phone?" He asks. "why?" I ask him. " I want to see what you said to mom, she said you were very rude." He says holding out his hand. "what!? I wasn't rude!" I say handing him my phone. I watch over his shoulder as he goes through mine and mom's messages. "hmm I don't see what she's talking about." Finn says handing me the phone. I roll my eyes and walk upstairs. Noah and Sadie follow me. I walk into my room and sit on my bed. Sadie walks in and jumps right next to me. So does Noah. "so I heard the tea you two!" Sadie says smiling. I laugh and hit her. Noah looks at me confused. "she knows about us." I tell him. " OHHH" he says laying on his back. Sadie puts her hand on my shoulder, "hey don't worry about your parents, or Finn. There plenty of people who love you." She says. Noah sits up and puts his arm around me. "yeah, I do! Sadie does! Jack does! I don't know where he is though." Noah says. "so does Millie and Caleb and Gaten and even Finn!" Sadie adds on. I smile at them, not very big, but it's a smile. Then jack walks in. "hey I heard what happened. I'm proud of you for going through all it." He says. Again, I smile, not very big but it's a smile. "maybe you should get some sleep?" Sadie says standing up. She grabs jacks arm to try and get him out. "night Emma!" Jack says waving at me. Sadie turns around and smiles as shes still holding on to jack. "come on let's watch a movie till you fall asleep." Noah says pulling my arm. I lay on my bed and put the blanket over me, Noah sits next to me and turns a movie on. In less then a minute I fall asleep on Noah.
