6- runaway

I wake up next to Noah who's still sleeping. I get up and get ready and continue my day like any other. 

*fast forward about two weeks*
Nothing has really happened the past few weeks. Sadie is downstairs with Finn. Basically just a lot of me, Sadie, jack, and noah having fun late at night.

I go and sit next to Finn who is on FaceTime with someone. It's our parents. "oh hi Emma." My mom says seeming disappointed. I smilie at her and turn to Finn. "hey emma morning." He says. "morning!" I say back. "so how bad has she been?" My dad says to Finn. My dad and mom laugh. I look at Finn. He looks at me then turns back to the screen. "she's been fine, why do you ask?" He asks them. "well she is usually not the best child, your the oldest so we worry about you the most!" They say to Finn. I don't understand why they say that stuff especially when I'm right here! "I'm older by a year. So stop saying that." Finn says. I get up and walk out of the room. I go sit on the counter in the kitchen. I scroll through social media and see lots of people talking about me. They are all saying stuff about how my parents hate me and that they don't love me. Which is true but it still hurts to see it. I walk past Finn and Sadie and go up the stairs. Noah's awake. I go sit next to him. "hey" he says. "hey" I say back. "whatcha doin?" I ask him. "Just looking on social media I guess, I don't know." He says. I chuckle at him. I get a text. It's from my mom, "hey Emma sweetie, could you go ask Finn why he hung up on us?" I roll my eyes and stand up. Why is she acting so nice? I go downstairs and go to Finn. "Why did you hang up on mom?" I ask. "I don't know I was bored why?" He answers. "you were bored!?" I ask him. "yeah what's the problem?" He asks. That made me pissed. Noah walks down the stairs along with Jack, Caleb, and Millie. Sadie is still sitting at the couch and everyone is watching me and Finn. "what's the problem!? The problem is, our parents want to talk to you and you don't care!" I say getting madder. My gosh he actually has parents who want to talk to him and he doesn't care. He takes everything for granted. "why are you so mad? they were boring!" Finn says standing up. "why am I mad!? BECAUSE THEY ACTUALLY WANT TO TALK TO YOU! Your taking everything for granted!" I say as my voice breaks. "yeah okay?" Finn says. " YOU TAKE THAT FOR GRANTED SOME OF US DONT HAVE GREAT RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR PARENTS!" I yell at him. "calm down Emma!" Finn says. " NO IM NOT CALM I CAN ONLY HOLD IT IN FOR SO LONG EVERYDAY I WATCH MY PARENTS TALK ABOUT HOW THEY HATE ME AND HOW AMAZING YOU ARE! DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT FEELS LIKE?" I yell at Finn. Finn just looks at the ground. Sadie starts to stand up and come comfort me but before she could I walk away. I grab the key on the counter and open the door that leads to the garage. I look at Noah who looks like he has worried eyes. He starts walking to me, "Emma where are you going..?" Noah says as he's walking to me. I feel bad for leaving noah. I know he would be able to make me feel better but right now I want to be alone. I was angry and wanted to run away from everyone.
"away." I say and slam the door behind me. I get in a car and drive away. I don't know where I'm going I'm just driving. As I drive I scream and cuss and cry. It felt good to let it all out.
