Nothing.

I felt...nothing.

Why am I feeling nothing? I thought.

And then I felt something.

Air. Cold air.

Cold air? Where am I?

Then, I felt feeling finally come back into my body. It started at my feet, and grew all the way to my shoulders.

It's a weird feeling. I don't know if you've ever experienced it, but it's weird.

I slowly opened my eyes, and was greeted with a blue sky.

"Perfect. You're awake." I heard a voice say. I tried to sit up, but felt a splitting headache at the action. I cried out, and put a hand to my forehead. The headache quickly died, to my confusion.

"Okay, that's enough of that." I heard again. My eyes furrowed in confusion.

"W-who are you?" I spoke out. I felt myself almost being pushed up to a sitting position, and a chill ran down my spine.

But that all disappeared once I saw where I was.

I saw grassy, green fields, big trees that almost seemed like they were reaching towards the sky, and flowers of all shapes, colors and sizes in the distance. I was sitting in a field, a cliff a short distance away.

"Wow..." I breathed, enraptured by the sight. I stood up, and turned a full 360 degrees, taking in the beauty. But then a sudden thought came into my head, that cut through all of the others like a knife.

Where the hell am I?

"Hey! Who the hell are you?" I shouted out to the voice, desperate to know where I was and who was talking to me.

"Me? We are called the Eshraven." The voice said in a whisper. A small hurricane of leaves blew in a form of a human body in front of me. The voice seemed to be coming from them.

"Eshraven? What do you mean? The Eshravan don't exist." I protested, my blood starting to boil at getting lied to. The Eshraven never existed. They were just an old fairy tale.

The voice laughed. "Oh child. We are as real as you are."

The next day, I find myself on the infamous World Ship.

I can't remember how I got here.

And I can't remember anything.

Not even myself.

I don't know who I am anymore, who my parents are, what I'm doing here.

The last thing I can remember is when the Eshraven talked to me in The Echo.

The Eshraven. I still can't believe they're actually real.

Alright Mystery Girl. Lets find someone who can help you. I think to myself.

Just a couple of hours, ago, the Eshravan told me that I had these...powers.

Powers that they gave me.

To save the entire universe.

I feel my heart rate accelerate at the thought, but I take deep breaths. I need to find help.

I begin to walk to the apartments in the World Ship, hoping I can find someone who can take me in, at least for a while.

I arrive at the apartments, and I travel downward, to the dark but alienated apartments. I don't need a lot of people seeing me with my one white eye and my blond hair, a big, white streak in it.

I wander down, squinting my eyes to see something. I walk down the hallway of the last floor of the apartments, and I stop in front of the last one. I take a deep breath, hoping the person who lives here can help me.

I knock on the door.

For a while, I hear nothing.

Then, I hear shuffling coming from inside.

My heart begins to hammer in my chest, and I take a deep breath.

I wait a minute, no more noise coming from inside the apartment.

I'm just about to knock again when the door opens wide.

I am greeted to a girl, who looks like she just turned 18, or a little bit over. She has light, olive skin, black hair styled a little longer than a pixie cut, and a small  body.

But that's not what makes my breath catch in my throat.

She has a white strip in her hair.

Just like mine.

And she has a grey eye, with the other one being...

Pure. White.

Exactly like mine.

The girl looks at me with her mouth agape. I stare at her, mouth open wide, my heart racing a million miles a minute.

"Aurora O'Malley?" I ask in a soft whisper. The girl's eyes widen further, before she looks to the right and the left of the hallway, and roughly pulls me inside the apartment, quietly yet quietly closing the door behind me.
