Quirk: Steel: Allows the user to turn their skin into a metal that is similar to steel. The user becomes extremely durable and strong. The user is also very resistant to extreme temperatures. The user must have a significant amount of iron in their diet for the quirk to be useful.
Known martial arts: Boxing (expert level)

This allows the user make constructs, fire shards, make weapons, armor and even fly by using rock shards to propel themselves (it's kind of similar to Augustine's power from Infamous Second Son).
Known affiliation: Kesseki is the leader of a trio of villains who go by the name "The Trinity".
Costume: (Rook is built like Nightwing so picture the suit being a lot less bulky)

We just sat there in silence looking directly at each other for few seconds before she broke the silence. "Sorry for staring it's just....your eyes are.....dreamy." I couldn't help but blush at her compliment. Uh thanks. You have....pretty eyes too." She gave me a small smile and said "Thanks.....so you finished with the files?" "Yeah, let's go hunt down some bad guys."
