Chapter 6: Duel of Heroes

As soon as the buzzer rings Miruko comes dashing towards me with a front kick, I'm able to create a shield to block but she does flip off of it causing my guard to be broken. She took this opportunity to knee me in the stomach then flip me onto the ground. She goes for a stomp attack but I'm able to knock her back with an energy blast. Ignoring the pain I get up and make a dozen non lethal spears which I then hurl at her. Without hesitation she dodges all of them starts running towards me. Using my quirk I then fly up and start shooting energy beams at her, she dodges but doesn't realize that I've curved the beams back around and they both hit in the back. Before she can even touch the ground I make a giant baseball glove and pick her up with it, then throw her hard against the ground. As she's getting back up I make a missile and fling it at her and she's just.....standing there. Then, at the last minute she jumps on the missile and leaps upward at me and does a sort of drop kick right which hits right in the face. Right after the kick she wraps her legs around my neck and flips me bringing both of us back to the ground while using me as a cushion to break her fall. The pain in my back and face is immense and my situation only worsens when she starts squeezing my neck with her thighs, causing me to start suffocating. I need to concentrate to use my quirk and cutting my oxygen supply is an easy way to take me out, so I'm pretty fucked right now. I try to claw at her face hopping that'll make her loosen her grip on me but she doesn't even flinch. Instead she forces harder and I can barley stay conscious. I can faintly hear Miruko saying "Sleep tight newbie," while chuckling before I black out.
