Chapter 10, 'Teamwork'

"Hi, I'm Sai."

"I'm Yamato, your new sensei."

Sasuke and Sakura stood there, examining their their new teammate and sensei. The one called 'Sai' wore a grey croptop. His left was long sleeved while the right short sleeved. He wore gloves and grey Anbu pants, he had a sword sticking out from behind him. Lastly, he wore a headband.

Their sensei, Yamato wore normal jounin outfit with a metal shield on his face with Second Hokage, Tobirama Senju. (A/N Idk whether its called a metal shield or whatever is on his face. I'll just call it metal shield until I know what's its called or something).

"Team Seven, I'm assigning you for D-Rank missions for now. I'm not assigning to C-Rank not because you're all genin but because you need to work on your 'teamwork'." said Tsunade, not even looking at them from the paperwork she was doing. "Lady Tsunade, does that mean we'll have to complete another 30 D-Rank mission?" asked Sakura. "If it helps on your teamwork, then yes" replied Tsunade. "Now Team Seven, your mission is find Tora the cat." said Tsunade.

"Sakura at Point D"

"Sai at Point B"

"Sasuke at Point C"

"Sai, Sasuke, you two catch Tora"

Sasuke pounced at the cat and caught it, dodging it's attacks. "Ninja art: Super Beast Scoll" Sai said and from the scroll, the snake that Sai drew came out. The snake wrapped itself around the cat, making itself an alive rope. "Wood Release: Four-Pillar Prison!" Wood came out from the ground and a small prison caged the cat.

"TORA DEAR, I WAS SO WORRIED ABOUT YOU, DONT RUN OFF NEXT TIME!" Said the owner, 'hugging' her cat. Sakura had the anime sweat drop, Sai just smiled like a creep, Yamato pretended that never happened and Sasuke just gave the famous 'Uchiha "hn"'. "Your next mission is to.. "

After completing 31 D- Rank missions, Seven 7 went back home to rest easy for their next D-Rank missions. Tomorrow was going to be a heck of a day.

"We need you to use the kyuubi's chakra now, then we'll take it."

"Yea, yea."

Fox ears made of negative charka sprout from a fimilar blond. 3 tails made of negative chakra sprout from him too. And slowly it was sucked away into a giant statue.

"Team 7, I'm assigning you to a C-Rank mission. Your Mission is to bring back one of the legendary sannin, Jiraiya." Said Tsunade. "Yamato, I'm counting on you to tell and ask him." contined Tsunade. "Yes Lady Hokage." replied Yamato, "Lady Hokage, No disreppect but, have you not broke the news yet? I mean, he is Naruto's sensei." Asked Sakura.

"No, Sakura. That's why I need you to do it, as Naruto's friends." Tsunade said , implying specifically to Sakura and Sasuke. "Then shouldn't Team 8, Team 10 and Team Gai come too?" asked Sakura once again. "Team 8 and Team 10 are out of the village on a combined mission and Team Gai gets to rest today."

An hour later, Team seven were at the gates, ready to leave.
