Chapter 11,The Toge Sage

An hour later, Team seven were at the gates, ready to leave.

Team seven had stop by a near stream,to refill their water and to take a break. Sai took some water and mixed it with his ink for refill. Sakura immediately drank the stream water after refilling. Yamato just waited for them under a tree for shade. And Sasuke just sat down on the grass, waiting too.

Suddenly, Sasuke asked out of no where, "Where do we find the legendary sannin,... sensei?". "Well Lady Hokage said to try the hot springs. Replied Yamato with a bit of anime sweat drop." He must really love relaxing or so."said Sakura. Yamato agreed but his face said otherwise. You could see there were more anime sweat drop running down his face.

After checking 17 Hot springs, Team Seven decided it was time for them to take break. They went to the nearest Hot Spring available which had a hotel next to it. They booked a room, with four separate beds. They unpacked their things and went to the hot springs to relax.

In the hot springs, there was a man peeking at the girls though a small hole in the wall. He freaked out a bit when Sai said "Hi.","Shush,im trying to do 'research' here!" whispered-yelled Jiraiya. "You're just peeking at the girls, how is taht considered research?" asked Sai with a bit of a curious face. "It's for my new novel, now take your bath and ignore me or something!" again, he whispered-yelled at Sai not taking his eyes off the small hole.

Sasuke did what the strange man said and Yamato came in. "J-Ji-Jiraiya Sama!" Yamato said with a quick bow. "Wait, he's Jiraiya?!?!" Shouted Sasuke. Jiraiya 'ahem'-ed and got into a weird stand. Sasuke thought he was gonna fight but instead he was not.

"One of the legendary sannins, a toad sage who trained at Mount Myoboku, Jiraiya!!!!" He exclaimed with very noticeable pride. " If you are the 'legendary sannin', why would you at some girls, for 'research ' ?", "Exactly." replied Jiraiya to Sasuke.

"I need to speak with you, Jiraiya-sama. Under Hokage's order and alone if you don't mind" Yamato said with a serious look on his face. As the two went back to get change for a 'talk', Sasuke and Sai relaxed the hot spring. Everthing got awkward between them, since whenever Sasuke turned to look at him, he would just 'smile' creepily. Even Naruto could do that better.

Soon after Jiraiya and Yamato returned again, Sasuke secretly thanked Kami for allowing to stop seeing Sai's creepy smile. Jiraiya looked a bit depressed, Yamato looked like he felt bad for him. After talking ramdom topics about Naruto, they all went out went yo the hotel,besides Jiraiya. Jiraiya went to get his own room while Team seven wnet and sleep.

The next day, Sakura seemed unusually different. While on the inside, she was mad and embarrassed for being flat chested. They made a few pitstops here and there since Sakura kept drinking her water finished.

They arrived at the Hidden Leaf Village on sunrise, since they had to sleep at night. Izumi and Kotestu, the two Chunins guarding the gates were surprised to see the Legendary Sannin walk in like it was nothing. He was accompanied by Team Seven, of course. While the rest of Team Seven head back home since Yamato volunteered to report the mission. When they reached the Hokage's office, Tsunade was found asleep while Shinzune was nowhere to be seen.

After waking up Tsunade, she was surprised to see Team seven had already found Jiraiya. It had been only 2 days and here he was, sat ding in front of the Hokage's desk. Yamato immediately reported the mission and left the two sannins to themselves. It was when they were catching up on things after the 'talk' that Shinzune arrived. she hold a ton of paperwork while tan tan, Tsunade's pet pig, was walking along side her; keeping distant between them so the paper won't fall on it.

"It's gonna be a long day."Explained Stuande with a sigh faster seeing that today's paperwork was a lot more then usual. Jiraiya laughed and said "This was the main reason I never wanted to become Hokage". Shinzune couldn't have but laugh seeing two old friends reunited and talking like there was no tomorrow.
