Chapter 23, The Hunt For Danzo

Naruto was teleported to a pitch black room, with pillars popping out of the ground ramdomly. He layed back down when he relisased he needed to let the Kyuubi go to work.

Danzo and his bodyguards ran to a bridge that separated the Land of Fire and the Land of Iron apart, the Samurai Bridge. He didn't stop and kept running until the pillar in next of him started spinning, he stepped back with caution, ready to fight.

Tobi appeared later on the pillar sitting down on it,with no manners whatsoever. "Torune, Fu distract him." His bodyguards did as they were told, nothing else needed to be said.

They quickly sped up to him,giving him punches and kicks. But, tobi just wnet through them like he always does. Soon, Fu was caught by Tobi, Torune threw a kunai at him, forcing him to release Fu.

Fu and Torune tried attacking from different angles, hoping that one of them would be able to attack Tobi while Tobi is attacking the other. Tobi saw through their plan but played along, causing Torune to accidentally infect Fu with his rinkaichu.

Torune cured him, but Tobi quickly sent them both away with his 'space time technique'. At the last moment, Torune was able to infect Tobi's right arm. Tobi removed his arm, his arm was white, sticky and gooey.

A golden sealing arm brace fell to the ground. Suddenly, next to where Tobi was, the world started to spin again. Tobi was looking at that location next to him, proof he was causing it.

There layed Naruto on the ground, his wounds noticeable to the eyes that it was healing quite fast.

"Get up, Danzo is here."

"Yea, Yea whatever."

Naruto got up with not wound, the Kyuubi must healed them all in time. Naruto jumped down to the ground and got into a fighting stance. Seeing this, Danzo unwraped the gauze bandage off his arm.

He revealed his arm, the one always wrapped in a guaze bandage. The one always hidden to the world,now has finally shown itself. The truth? Was disgusting.

"Sasuke! I- We finally found you!"

Kakashi, Yamato and Sasuke turned around to the familiar voice, only to find Sakura, Kiba, Sai and Lee. "What?" asked Sasuke, "I needed to tell you something..." said Sakura."What now?"asked Sasuke yet again,

" I-I love you."

This surprised everyone, including Lee and Yamato. They were shocked not because why Sakura loves Sasuke but because of the timing. "Are you serious right now? We're in the middle of bringing Naruto back and now you say it? Do you think it's not obvious?!?" Sasuke scolded Sakura, shouting at the last part. "I'm going."Sasuke said, turning his back on Sakura.

"W-Wait! Just- Don't go!" yelled Sakura. "And why exactly?" asked Sasuke, clearly vexed. "Naruto's- a criminal! He's assassinated too many lives! You couldn't go after someone who'll just- ignore the rules!" shouted the pink-haired ninja. "So?" asked Sasuke.

"Don't sacrifice your- life this way! Just- come back to Konoha- rebuild the Uchiha clan!" this seemed to strike a nerve for Sasuke.

"You're still...

As annoying as ever."

His arm seemed to be paler than the rest of his dark tan skin, 10 sharingan was embedded to his skin- at least that's how many the 'used-to-be knuckle-head' counted. The light blue sleeve covered half of his arm.

"Where did you get those?" asked Naruto, shocked,even Tobi himself, seemed shocked. The blond-head, deep down, didn't care what his answer was, he'll kill him either way.

Danzo rushes forward in a burst of speed to attack Sasuke, but the attack is blocked by a red hand? The hand came of Naruto or rather, the Kyuubi. The negative chakra has shaped itself into a land hand with claws and was transparent.

Now, Danzo was trapped within Naruto's grip. "Is it true?" the question caught Danzo's ears. "Did you really let such an S-Ranked Mission get out of your mouth?" he asked. "Yes.""Why?" he questioned,

"If I did, that would unlock greater power. The Kyuubi's chakra is pure negativity, correct? This would give kyuubi more power, ultimately destroy the five great nations." he answered. "Did you only viewed me as a weapon? Waiting to be used?"Naruto queried," Yes." Danzo answered with straightforwardness.

Blood spilled everywhere, the blood of Danzo Shimura, body parts flew everywhere, body parts of Danzo Shimura... That disappeared?

(For thoses who didn't understand, that paragraph earlier,Danzo was crushed to pieces which disappeared, which leads to genjustu.)

Danzo reappears right behind Naruto, and attempts to stab him with a kunai, only for the Kyuubi's chakra to shield him once more. As Danzo jumps high into the air, Naruto formed three clones. It was meant to made the 'Wind style/Rasengshuriken', which successfully hit Danzo.

Despite getting hit by the 'Rasenshuriken', unscathed in front of Naruto.

"Watch out, every time he survives what seems like a fatal injury, a Sharingan eye on his arm seals itself shut." the Kyuubi spoke up. He mentally thanked the Kyuubi and returned his focus to the fight.

Danzo uses his 'Wind Style: Vacuum Bullets' to fire wind bullets at Naruto. Even if the bullets didn't hit him,he still dodges them,but he ends up falling off the bridge.

The chakra hand stretched and held on to the bridge, which later went back to Naruto after he got up the bridge. Danzō infuses his Wind Release with his shuriken to create lethan fan blades, and fires the projectiles towards Naruto.

This was too fast for the naked eyes, which Naruto has. He tried dodging them, but still got some hits. He thought of summoning a toad, but dismissed that idea cause of personal reasons. Instead, he summoned a shadow clone.

The shadow clone jumped to a high pillar and hid. Naruto edevade the smaller shuriken while using the Kyuubi's chakra to catch one of the 'Fuma Shuriken' and repel the second one into the sky, where it is caught by clone Naruto. Naruto then lunges towards Danzo, but Danzo manages to clutch his throat.

At that moment, clone swoops in and uses the spinning shuriken to slice off Danzo's Sharingan-embedded arm, allowing Naruto to stab him, with a kunai.

While the battle seems momentarily won, Danzo and his severed arm fade out of existence and rematerialise on top of a pillar. Naruto then glares at him as he induces a genjutsu,a flash of yellow appear that reemerges next to Danzo, taking on the form of the Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze.

"W-What?" asked a shocked Sakura."Unlike you,I understand Naruto's pain now and that I'm making it my personal ambition to save my friend."Sasuke states."  Kiba,Sai,Lee! Let's go."orders Sakura, feeling defeated.

Once the group were out of the trio's sight, Sakura asks Kiba to track Sasuke down for her.

"Sai?" asked Yamato after he saw Sai appeared from behind a tree."No,im just an ink clone."said 'Sai'."What now?" asked Sasuke.

"I'm here, to tell you what Sakura didn't."

(Next chapter will skip the explanation, cause I'm lazy)
