"Suis-moi," Le cerf a dit

"Je suis désolé. Je parler un petit fois François." J'ai répondu.

Le cerf ne répondit pas.

Le cerf a continué à marcher.

Je suivi le cerf.

Le cerf s'assit sur le sol enneigé.

Je sam a coté de le cerf.

Et regardez la neige ensemble.

English Translation - The Deer in the Snow

"Follow me," Said the deer

"I'm sorry. I speak only a little French." I said.

The deer did not respond.

The deer then continued to walk.

I followed the deer.

The deer sat on the snowy ground.

I sat beside the deer.

And we watched the snow together.

AN: Five years ago I took French lessons along with 10 other languages alone with an attempt to follow the footsteps of José Rizal. He's my biggest inspiration. Sadly, I did not pursue and continue it. As you may see, I wrote it wholly with what I can remember in basic French sentence structure. Some native speakers might find this one odd and poorly written/structured. But, this one is very basic and I am a beginner. Like for example, the "Suis-moi" compared to "Suivez-moi" or "Suis-moi s'il te plait". I am learning. So, I apologise if you find this bad. What I do is I find first the french translation, remember the basic handle verbs like "Je dois", "Je suis", "Je vieux" and "Je peux" and attempt to construct it together with proper pronunciation. This is the outcome. I can count un à dix and that's it. Funny. Thanks anyways.
