Today was supposed to be just another day, or at least that is what you thought. You just wanted to sleep the whole day, binge watch your favourite series and eat ice cream, but even before your plans started they were ruined with a simple knock on your front door.

You left out a soft sight not expecting anyone, not today. You stood up and walked to the door not caring how you looked. After a few seconds you were standing in front of the door, opening it, only to see Rebekah standing outside.

She just looked at you surprised as she softly laughed, "I hope you weren't expecting anyone?" You shook your head and looked down, only to see that you were wearing black lacy pants and the matching bra.

"At least am I not naked. Come in," you motioned for her to walk in. As she stepped inside and walked to the living room, you closed the door and walked after her.

As soon as you stepped inside you saw the big black box she was holding in her hands, and you just looked at her weirdly. "What is that for?" You motioned to the box as you sat down and she followed your lead.

"Very funny. It is for you." Now you were even more surprised as there was no reason for her to bring you a gift. "Why? It's not even my birthday?" And then Rebekah softy laughed assuming you were joking, but soon she realized you were actually serious.

"It's definitely your birthday." You sighted as you picked up your phone to look at the date. "I will show you now how wrong you are - oh." Immediately when you saw the date you realized you were actually wrong and she was right. You looked up at her only to see her smiling, enjoying the fact that she was right. "Never mind, you are right. Well happy birthday to me."

She just rolled her eyes as she gave you the box, "we're celebrating tonight, and you are going to wear it." You rolled your eyes, but smiled. "It better not be anything major!" Rebekah stood up and softly smiled, "you know my brothers, they are extra, so." You groaned at her statement, you didn't like for your birthday to be celebrated with strangers, you just wanted to spend it with your best friends.

"Calm down. I am joking. Klaus wanted the big party, but Elijah knew you wouldn't like it, so he convinced him that there would be only a small party, okay?" You softly smiled immediately when you heard Elijah's name and blushed a little bit, of course that didn't go unnoticed by your best friend.

"If I knew all it would take for you to be happy is to mention my brother's name I would say it as soon as I entered." You rolled your eyes as you stood up. "Shush. Can we not talk about this again?" Rebekah softy chuckled as she looked at you seriously. "Oh you mean how you are in love with my brother?" You sighted, but softly smiled. "Nobody is in love with anyone."

"Of course, I forgot you are still denying something almost everyone knows." You gave her a death glare and she once again chuckled, "good try, why don't you just admit it to him?" You sighted as you ran your fingers through your hair. "Can we just drop it? I have to get ready, it's getting late." She nodded but it was easily seen she wasn't satisfied by your answer. "And whose faulth is it?"

"Clearly Kol's." Rebekah groaned, but softly smiled immediately. "I told you that you shouldn't make bets with him, but no you just had to. Every damn week." You softly smiled as you shrugged.
