Chapter six

Dakotas POV

I woke up the next morning around 8:00 am to my phone going off . I groaned out and grabbed my phone .
New text message from an unknown number . I unlocked my phone confused , opened the text and smiled immediately .
* Hey Dakota . It's hayes . I was just wondering if you were free today ? I wanted to try out the boardwalks new fair . *
I quickly typed back that I was free . I got up and opened my bedroom door . I looked next door to see pacey coming out too . We both started blushing .
" so . I met someone last night " we both said at the same time . " okay you go first ." We both started laughing . " I met Daniel ! " pacey screamed of joy before smiling so big , I thought her face would be stuck like that forever . I squealed of excitement . " I met Hayes !" I said in the same tone as her . We both fan girled to each other about what happened last night .
" details ! Now !" I shouted . She giggled before starting off how it went . " so as you know my grandpa passed away last night ....." She said sadly . " but anyway , I walked the beach and sat down to play his song . After I finished I heard someone clapping . I was so scared because I didn't think anyone was around . I turned around and he was standing there . I didn't recognize him at first because he had glasses . He told me I looked upset and I explained to him what happened . I didn't realize it was him until then when he took his glasses off . I was actually calm . He ended up walking me home , an on the way he'd bump Into me or look at me and blush looking down . He was a thousand time sweeter in person . " she said finishing her story blushing so hard she looked like a tomato .
" AWE PACEY LYNN " I screamed and pulled her Into a hug . She started laughing as we let go . We both walked downstairs to the kitchen . " so what happened with you and hayes ? " I went over to the fridge and got out the eggs , cheese , and milk . " it was terrible at first . He ran into me ! But he apologized and took me out for ice cream . He turned out to be so sweet and he asked me about myself and actually listened . And we thought they wouldn't be here " I said smirking . After we were done making eggs and toast we sat down to eat at the table . " what are you doing today " pacey asked , while biting into her toast .
" I'm going to the board walk's fair tonight with hayes . It's like a Fanfiction type of date . " I laughed out . We picked up our phones and pacey started freaking out . " Dakota ! Oh my gosh !" She got up jumping up and down squealing . " pacey ! Oh my gosh ! " I mocked her laughing at her crazy-ness . " Daniel tweeted an hour after he walked me home * I just met the most beautiful girl . She sung and played like an angel . Where has she been all my life * " pacey finished . She layed on the floor covering her face . " leave me here to die " I burst out laughing hurrying to take a picture . I quickly took it and sent it to hayes . I finished my breakfast and we both threw ours away . " since I don't have anything to do yet , I'm going to the beach to tan and swim a little . Nothing much to do yet since I haven't hit the towns . Maybe tonight or the boardwalk too " I nodded thinking about going along . " I'll go too . " I said before we both went up to get ready . I walked Into my room grabbing my phone checking it .
* what's wrong with her 😂 * hayes replied . I sent him back about Daniel . I turned on music and made my way over to my closet picking out my neon orange bathing suit that had tye-dye bottoms and a flowy top . I put it on and grabbed my beach bag . I put on a cover up and headed out . I checked my phone seeing hayes sent me a picture of him and Daniel at the beach . I guess they know each other then . Pacey came out with a red bathing suit with diamonds on it and floral red bottoms . " ready to go ? Oh and by the way Daniel and Hayes are at the beach . Supposedly they're here staying together . " she blushed and we were on our way to the beach .
