Chapter two

Dakota's POV

" maybe I should stay , maybe I should go may-" pacey jumped up startled then looked at her phone smiling . " my baby woke me up " I looked down at her and burst out laughing . She looked at me grinning . " VACATION DAY " she yelled getting up and dancing around .
I got out of bed , ready for the day .I changed into leggings and a crew neck , seeing it's a little chilly here at 5:00 am . I slipped on my neon orange Vans .
I heard foot steps and a door creak signaling pacey was coming back into the room . She had on a black pair of leggings , a flowy floral tank top , and her purple Vans . I smiled seeing we are wearing leggings and vans not even planning it . " Girls ! Time to go " my mom yelled from downstairs . I looked at pacey , who was jumping with excitement .
" oh my gosh . Beaches , tan skin , amazing food , pictures , concerts , did I mention tan skin ?" I laughed at her grabbing my things making my way downstairs , pacey following . We all put our things in the back of my moms range rover and we were on our way to paradise . " I'm going back to bed . Lord jesus don't let my hair ruin ." Pacey said before putting her head on her pillow . I decided to go back to bed too , seeing it's early . " good night mom . Thank you for doing this . I love you . " I said before drifting off .

I felt someone move around beside me waking me from my sleep . I slowly opened my adjusting my eyes to the sun coming up . I grabbed my phone . 8:45 . Ugh were not even half way . " Daniel tweeted an hour ago Dangit . " pacey freaked out . I rolled my eyes chuckling . " good morning girls . Were almost half way there so if you need anything within the next 15 minutes let me know , we'll stop " . We said our okay's and went back to our phones .
" so what do you wanna do when we get there ? " I asked pacey . " I think we should unpack , get into our bathing suits and go to the beach . " I nodded agreeing with the idea . " I'm wearing my blue bathing suit with diamonds on the top " she said winking . Oh how fun this trip will be .
