Ocean || luke hemmings

Today was the day. Today was the day Luke decided he's going to find out who's the person he's trying return necklace to. Today was his day off and he planned to spend whole day, if it's needed, at or near the place and find out who's the mysterious person. He had few chocolates in his pocket together with bottle of water. Weather was perfect. It was a bit cloudy, but not cold. Even with the fact that he was near water. For last few years this was normal weather for this time of the year. Luke kinda loved it.

First hour he spent just sitting and watching the ocean. He was amazed with color of water, and the way it changes as it moves. His grandmothers words 'Maybe the God is planning something' were in his mind. The thing is that, his grandmother never told him she saw bruinette girl sitting on the exact same rock he's sitting now, last year. At first she didn't want to tell him she saw someone on their special place. She knew he'd be devastated. She remembered all the time he used to talk about 'their place' and the fact that only two of them knew about it.

Now he was sitting behind tree, which was near the rock, trying to be as hidden as possible but still able to see out there. He was playing 'Candy crush saga' on his phone with all of sounds turned off. With all 5 lives lost, he turned  off the game putting phone in his jeans pocket disappointedly.

Luke got lucky a few seconds after. A silhouette was comming closer...

"It can't be." Luke thought to himself when buinette girls face came to his vision.

He stod up and started running in different direction. His feelings were mixed up. It's like he got scared and ran away forgettng why he came here for. On the other side he was kinda glad he finally saw who is the person that he shares his special place with.

"Dad I'm going out!" Indigo screamed as she opened the door.

"Be safe!" He screamed back.

While walking to her place Indigo was thinking about fathers words from few hours ago. Her aunt was coming with her family tomorrow. Indigo was happy. It's been a long time since she had seen them. But there was a problem. Indigo has an exam in two days and with all noices from her little cousins she won't be able to study. Last few days were a bit cold to sit outside, near the water. So studyng outside was not the best option. She also didn't want to distract any of her friends from their work.

While getting closer to her destination, she saw silouette running away. This was the first time that someone, other than her, ran away...
