People try and say that this scene didn't mean shit, but I oppose that argument because:
1. Why would he add it in here if it didn't mean anything? Isayama is a very no bullshit writer, so why would he just throw this in here?
2. Isayama also redrew Eren's facial expression in the scene as well. He wouldn't have done that if it wasn't important. I'll post the pic if I can find it
