I've been keeping up with it pretty well! I miss a few some days but I get them all done at some point. They don't really leave me too sore at all which was a bit surprising since I haven't done something like this before.
About me being conscious over being skinny, I've kind of dropped it since I don't look unhealthy (my doctor deadass said I was perfectly fine lol), but I now weigh 116.5lbs instead of 114lbs so yee lol.
