Firestar had successfully gotten Fox and Moon over the mountains.
She set down the warg and landed just long enough for Fox to slide off her back.
"I need to scout ahead,by all means fallow me,but at a safe distance. It shall be easier to find them if I can get an arial view."Firestar commanded.
Fox gave her a confused glance as she raised one eyebrow."Them?I thought it was just Skullora...How many people are we talking about?"
Firestar smiled,"Just two,Skullora and a friend that she picked up in Mirkwood."
"Who this 'friend' and why were they in Mirkwood?Did you ask them that? You can't just pick up random strangers, especially if you found them in Mirkwood! An evil lies over that place!"she said crossing her arms.
Firestar rolled her eyes."I am not telling you who,but it would be better for you to just find out on your own. Do not worry,Skullora trusts him."
Fox threw her hands up in air,"Him? It's a guy?And you left them alone... together!"
"Yes and no,when I left they were with one other person and I could smell others not far away...But knowing Skullora, they have probably escaped by now."the dragon stated.
"So...they are being hunted or something?Skullora has finally gotten her self into some trouble that she can not easily get herself out of hasn't she?"Fox exclaimed.
Firestar didn't answer, she only sighed before spreading her wings wide and swiftly taking off into the sky.
Fox cursed loudly in elvish as she swung one leg over Moon's back. She wondered what she had just gotten herself into.
Fox whistled and Moon bounded off after Firestar, she was could easily keep up on foot.

Loki could tell that Skullora was freezing cold. She was still shivering in his arms, but he knew that she would rather die than admit it.
Loki was confused, some how her clothes had gotten soaked, but she wasn't waring them when she was in her dragon form.He just decided to go with it,magic can be very complicated.
"Love do you have more clothes to change into?"he asked as he played with her wet hair.
"Yeah...but I am fine."Skullora said stubbornly.
Loki glanced down at her jacket,it was now blood stained and torn beyond compare.
He sighed and took it off of her, underneath she was warring short sleeved, low cut,Ironman shirt that looked like the top half of Tony's suit.
"I am afraid that you may need to find another jacket..."he said with a look of guilt. Then he caught a glimpse of her blue jeans, they were also torn badly and at some point she had ripped off the other leg, making them shorts.
"and pants."
"Yeah,I know,but that's ok I have more clothes."she assured him with a soft kiss.
Loki grinned,as he nuzzled her neck,
"May I ask your opinion on something?"he whispered softly.
Skullora rolled her eyes and sighed.
"What is it now snowflake?"
Loki smiled nervously, all this time he had been mentally preparing a speech, but now his mind seemed to be blank.
So he just winged it.
"Well you see...there is this girl and it doesn't make seance if I do not explain it..."he laughed as he awkwardly rubbed the back of his neck.
"When I first realized I was no longer in Midgard I assumed the worst.I thought I was the most unlucky god in all the nine realms, fortunately that was far from the truth. For on that day I meet the most beautiful girl who had to have been sent to me straight from Valhalla.I did not know it at the moment, but I was brought to that forest not by luck, but by destiny.
She soon replaced my twisted thoughts with the sound of her sweet laughter. She trusted me,which is something no one has been brave enough to do.She melted my heart of ice with her warm hugs and she is more than I could ever have asked for...yet...I do not deserve her kindness.
Still,I am very grateful, more than she could ever imagine..."he said as he took Skullora's hand and gazed deep into her eyes, which shone brighter than the stars.
"Along the way I may have fallen in love with her...tis not something I originally wanted to do,but love is a cruel thing, it does as it pleases...Now I am afraid that I simply can not live without her,I want her to be my queen. The only problem is that I do not know how to ask!I have yet to gather up the courage and I want it to be special, not just the simple 'get down on one knee and pull out a ring' thing. No,it has to be something she will remember. You are creative and I thought seance you are a girl you could give me advice. So tell me,is this enough."
Loki flattened out his other hand,a velvety box appeared in its center behind a flash of green light.
He smiled warmly as he flipped it open using his thumb and locked his eyes on Skullora, waiting for a reaction.Inside the small box was a silver ring in the shape of a sleeping dragon, its tail was wrapped around one of the most beautiful purple gems Skullora had ever seen.
Tears of joy welled up in her eyes, she was speechless and could not stop smiling.
"Do you think she will say yes?"he asked squeamishly.
"I know for a fact that I...I mean she would love it and would say yes in a heart beat!"
"But..."Skullora said as she pulled away and turned around, her back now facing Loki."you deserve better."she insisted.
Loki put his hand on her shoulder as the smile faded from his face.
"No!She is perfect!I could never find another like her,to be honest I wouldn't even look.Skullora, please be my queen,I beg you with every fiber of my being!"he pleaded as tears slid down his hopeful face.
Skullora began to sob and she found it hard to look Loki in the eyes,so she hid her face in her hands.
"I have one of the worst reputations a person could earn.I could never settle down with someone because it would be too risky, especially not with someone who is a prince of Asgard. That would cause more problems for both of us...And if we had children what would I tell them?Oh,I was a blood thirsty monster who didn't think twice about taking out an entire galaxy because one person looked at me the wrong way!No big deal, right?Well,it is a huge deal!She...I mean I am not safe to be around, what if I snap again and decide to go back to being...what ever the hell I was before?"
Her hands begun to shake, she felt horrible and was fearful of Loki's response.
"I-I just can't do that to you Loki!I-I love you too much to hurt you,and I don't want you to think I am an asshole,I know that I am being one!"
"Oh Skullora,"Loki sighed,"what am I going to do with you?"
He knelt down beside her and pulled her into a hug.He wrapped part of his cape around his hand and began to gently dab away her tears.Maybe all she needed was to be loved and shown that it was ok,or at least that's what he hopped for.
"I swear on Odin's beard that if I hear something like that again...Here!"he said as he forcefully slid the ring on Skullora's index finger and kissed her hand.
"I have made the choice that is best for both of us,we shall be wed.If you want me to leave then I regret to inform you that it is too late, you are stuck with me forever!I will personally see to it that there shall be no snapping as long as I am present!"he put both hands on her shoulders and gazing deep into her eyes with another glance that only he could pull off.
"And there is no "if","Loki said in a calmer tone,"we will have children. If they say something about ether of our pasts then that will be my problem."
Skullora gave Loki a halfhearted smile, all of this seemed way too good to be true.It wasn't that she didn't believe he really did love her this much, she just couldn't believe she really had became so attached to Loki.
Normally if she starts becoming attached to someone she pushes herself away out of instinct. She isn't cold hearted, she is just not a stranger to lose and finds it best to keep her distance so that she isn't heart broken when she is stabbed in the back by the people she cares about the most.
(Lets just say that she has trust issues for a reason...)
Really the only person she has let herself become attached to was Fox,even then it was an accident.
"Could you promise me something?" she asked, and avoided his eyes by starring at the ground.
He took her hands and stroked them gently with his thumbs."Certainly my love, what it is that you desire."
"Loki, promise that no matter what happens and no matter how painful the truth is...you will tell me.I know that sounds like I do not trust you but...I do,it is really complicated but I have my reasons. They honestly have nothing to do with you,I-I just-"
Loki stopped her by putting on finger over her mouth. He noticed she was about to start crying again and her voice was trembling.
"It's ok,you do not have to explain and I promise I will!"he assured her with a smile.
He held open his arms, inviting her to fall into them. She rolled her eyes and giggled before climbing back onto his lap and wrapping her arms tightly around his neck.
"Good...then I am officially saying yes!
So...if we are getting married would that make me Lady Loki?"Skullora puzzled.
Loki laughed."I suppose so,but you should be dressed properly if you wish to fill that position."
He took her by the hands and stood up,forcing her to do the same. Standing up was an excoriating process for Skullora but she said nothing to Loki. She knew he would probably never let her stand again until the wound healed, which would drive her insane(not that she wasn't already).
He gently let go and backed up a few feet,a mischievous grin fell onto his face. Skullora shook her head. She knew he was about to do something that would make her smile, but the question was what.
Loki snapped his fingers and then crossed his arms, but nothing happened.
Skullora cocked her head to the side and waited for some sort of transformation to take place, but within a minuets every thing was still as it had been before.
She raised her eyebrows and glanced at Loki, who was still grinning mischievously.
Finally she gave up and decided to just ask, even though she was sort of afraid to know."Loki what are yo-"Suddenly a bright green light started at her feet and twisted around her body like a snake.A strange tingling sensation fell over her it was surprisingly pleasant.
The light wrapped around the top of her head and then disappeared,it had stopped almost as quickly as it began.
Skullora looked down at her hands to find that they were halfway covered by the pointed end of a long green sleeve, and her fingernails were painted a shade of dark green that almost looked black.
Loki could not help but to smile when she looked down at her feet and squealed. She could no longer see them because they were covered by a long emerald green dress, but she could tell that she was warring high heels. The dress was very similar to Loki's casual ware.It had the same leather wrappings around the midsection and even the same shoulder guards that are on his cloak. One of the only differences was that the dress was low cut,a golden chain lined its u shaped edge.
"Loki it's beautiful!"Skallora said in awe as she twirled around and watched the dress dance in the wind.
"I was hopping that you would think so.Here."he laughed as he held up a small mirror.
She stopped twirling and took it into her own hands and was breathless when she seen her face.
Green eye liner caused her eyes to look even brighter.Dark green lipstick covered her lips, giving them more volume and shape."Wow you really like green."she giggled.
"The color suits you well,as I also hoped, but if you do not like it then it would be no trouble at all for me to make some changes."
"No!It's perfect, thank you."she said in a calm tone, but in the inside she was having a major fangirl attack.
As if Loki wanted her to fall over dead from happiness(which was not at all his intension)he had one last surprise."I almost forgot the most important thing,"he chuckled, "perhaps you would also enjoy this."
In his hands was a golden horned headband. It was very similar to his own helmet, only the horns were not as big and it was just a headband.
Skullora's eyes widened as she squealed internally.
He grinned as he pushed back her hair and gently slid the band onto her forehead. Loki then put her hair back over her face,he had some difficultly with her hair getting tangled on one of the horns.
"There!"he said triumphantly.
Skullora only smiled, but he knew that meant she was very grateful. Now her eyes sparkled brighter than stars, she couldn't be happier.
She didn't know why,but for some reason all of this felt natural,as if she was born to be in this dress.
Unfortunately the high heels were a different story, she hated shoes and planed to take them off as soon as possible.
