Reader's POV:

Saturday is officially my favorite day now.

I heard from Ukai yesterday, that there was a volleyball gym near where I live.

So guess what I'm doing.

Yes, walking to the gym to play. It's not that early either. Somewhere around 11, I think.

But it's still pretty empty.

There are still some people here though. A guy walks up to me. He has poofy black hair.

"Hello, are you here to practice volleyball?" He asked.

"Well yes. But I don't want to join you if I'm a bother. So just tell me if you want to leave." I say giving a small smile.

"No it's fine, we needed one more person for a three-on-three." He pointed to four people sitting on the court.

"Oh, that's great!" I smile wider. He nods and walks to the group sitting on the ground.

There were one girl and three boys.

Wait I know those stripes anywhere!

I run past the guy with poofy hair and pounce onto the stripe head boy.

We fall forward a little as I hug him from behind.

"Kyotani!" I yell happily as he struggles against my grip.

"What the fuck is wrong with you?!" He yelled prying at my hands.

"Everything and nothing at the same time!" I loosen my grip on him, letting go.

"That doesn't make sense!" Kyotani turned around, glaring at me.

"Wow! So stripey dude does have friends!" We both turn to the boy that was sitting next to him.

"What did you say?" Kyotani started to approach him. I stood in front of Kyotani stopping any further quarrel.

"I'm very sorry for him. But I was surprised when I made friends with him too." I smiled at the tall boy.

"Wow! You're so small!" The tall boy patted my head.

"Hey! Just because I'm small doesn't mean anything!" I swat his hand away.

"Oh sorry! I didn't mean anything by that!" He bowed.

Wait how come I didn't notice his hair until now. Why does he look like the yellow angry bird?

"It's fine." I shooed him away when he stood back up.

"Well, you don't have problems with making friends." The poofy hair guy says.

"Nope!" I smile at the poofy.

"Well, let's get the three on three started!" The other guy here yelled. He looked pretty normal compared to the angry bird.

The girl pumped her fist.

I was on Kyotani's team with the yellow angry bird. No surprise. Because the other three didn't seem to like Kyotani. And I'm guessing the angry bird is new.

"Can I be the setter?!" The angry bird yelled.

"Sure! Oh by the way can I get your name? Mine's (L/N)."

"I'm Koganegawa!" He yelled more.

"I'll call you Kogane, if that's fine."

"Yea that's fine too!" He smiled widely.
