The kiss

Chapter 1,christmas

The cold of December filled each household, the day each kid dreamed off and loved each year had finally came. The parents credit cards maxed out, exhausted from work. 2012 was a very memorable year for the boys. A very heartbreaking year.

13 y/0 sebb's pov:
"Mommm, come on! We've got to go to Monty's!"
Like every other kid, I enjoyed Christmas, Particularly with Monty. Whom I've been friends with for 2 years now, I must say, we've gotten pretty close over the time...I know him more than he knows himself
"Give me a minute"
There isn't much kids that live by us, I suppose that's what drawed us together. If I'm being completely honest,I wouldn't change it for the world.
"Sebb,come on. I thought you wanted to go?" I twisted my head to see my mother already standing at the door "yes, yes. Coming"

10 y/o Monty's Pov:
"Stand in between Harvey and Queenie" oh how I dread the Christmas photos...I just want to open my presents,mother, not take stupid Christmas photos
"Monty,darling, act like you actually want to be here" she said while giving me one of 'those' looks.
Knock
Knock
"Dean,hunny,can you get the door please?" The man simply nodded before heading to the door. Soon I saw sebb and his mother "sebby!" I ran towards him, wrapping my legs around his waist, giving him a friendly hug

"Hey blondie, merry Christmas!"  He Chuckled "Merry Christmas!" We quickly broke the hug, I held his hand while dragging him up to my bedroom "Monty,I can walk you know?" I ignored him and carried on walking to my bedroom, which we soon stopped at. "I'm not a dog" sebb crossed his arms "you sure look like one"

~30 minutes later~

"Oh yeah,sebby, I forget to give you your Christmas present...let me quickly get it for you" with that I went downstairs to get the present. Let me just say, sebb is very hard to shop for...

"Here you go, I hope you like it!" I handed the neatly rapped box to him.
"Awwh,thank you Monts. I love it!" He came over and gave me a hug "I also have one for you"
"Wait really what is it! Come on sebb! Tell me!"

...

Boom

Out of nowhere I felt lips pressed onto mine.

In a matter of seconds he pulled away
"S-so...u..uh" I was in complete shock, the soul of my body had just left me. Not a single muscle moved an inch

13 year old sebb pov:
Yes, I just kissed my best friend. Am I hurt by the fact that he hasn't responded? Yes
"I guess I'll just gooo..." I stood up and turned myself around
"Wait! Sebb!"
I didn't stop, I carried on walking "ah,sebb, there you are! I was about to tell you we were going home. Say bye" i was glad we were going home "byeee!" I waved just before I left

I snuggled in my blankets, slowly drifting to sleep. What an awful day.

The boy was dreaming,in his own little world where nobody could hurt him. On the other hand, his best friend was packing to move to London, a gift he got from his grandparents.

I am full aware that I deleted my other book, by mistake, but I didn't really like the place it was in...hopefully this will be better. This is the longest I've took to do a chapter, but I kept rewriting it...I have school tomorrow and I just wanted to post it before.
