"Race you!"
"Morro, it's too early for this!"
Morro circled back to Lloyd and grinned. "What, am I too fast for you?"
Lloyd swatted at him. "No, what I mean is it's seven in the morning and we just woke up!"
Morro laughed and grabbed Lloyd's wrist. "Come on!"
"Hey!"
Morro took off down the streets dragging Lloyd, ignoring the looks he got.
"See? That wasn't too bad." Morro grinned, stopping by the front gates of their school.
"Permission to fall asleep right here?" Lloyd asked hopefully.
"Denied."
"Hey, Lloyd!"
Lloyd turned to see Kai and Nya run over.
"Hey Kai, hey Nya."
"Who's this?" Kai asked, referring to Morro.
"This is my cousin, Morro. And Morro, these are two of my new friends, Kai and Nya."
"Nice to meet you." Morro said.
"You as well."
Cole ran over to them with Jay on his back. "Hey guys!"
"Morning, Cole. That's Lloyd's cousin, Morro." Kai said.
Morro nodded to him in greeting as Cole waved.
The group watched Zane walk over with a younger Nindroid with him, he was smaller than Zane and bronze in color, but other than that he looked exactly the same.
"Good morning friends." He said. "This is my brother, Echo. He's starting school today."
"It's nice to meet you, Echo!" Nya said. "Do you have classes with us or in the other building?"
Echo shook his head. "I'll be in the other building, I'm not in high school yet."
Zane started speaking to his brother, telling him where to go, as Adam came over.
"What makes you think it's a good idea to come back?" Cole growled, clenching his fists.
One of Adam's friends, Julien, grabbed Echo by the shoulder. Echo was confused, he didn't know who these guys were.
But Morro did.
Morro stepped forwards and glared into Adam's eyes. "Remember last time we met? Julien was hospitalized. I'd advise you back off."
Julien looked slightly frightened as he let go of Echo, who realized the situation and ducked behind Zane.
"Do you want to fight me?" Adam asked Morro.
"With pleasure."
"Morro, you can't get into another fight." Lloyd whispered into his ear so Adam couldn't hear him.
"Why not? And who says I really have to fight him," he lowered his voice. "I could use that 'Art of the Silent Fist' or something that Sensei taught us. Then punch him in the face."
"You want to be suspended again?"
Morro groaned. "I guess not, but you're really going to let these guys walk all over you?"
"If it keeps me out of more trouble, yes."
"What'll it be?" Adam asked.
"Nope, go find somewhere else to be an idiot." Morro said, taking a step forward. Morro was taller than Adam and as only Lloyd knew, he could easily win in a fight. But fighting like he does in training could give away that he was Wind, plus he'd get suspended.
