"Map out the camps, got it." Lloyd said.
"Earth, I want you checking the mountains north of Ninjago City. Ice, check the valleys to the west. Water, the ocean. Fire, the desert southeast of Ninjago City. Green, the forest that's south of here. Wind, I want you in the forest west of the City. Lighting, I want you to stay back and be at the computer. When a camp is found, enter it's coordinates so Lightning can map them." Sensei instructed.
"Yes Sensei." The seven ninja said.
Hopping into their mechs the ninja hurried off to their assigned locations while Morro pulled out his glider and flew off.
Lloyd scanned the forest below him from his green dragon mech. The forest was thick, he didn't think he'd find anything from just viewing up here. Yet he didn't see a place to land-
Something exploded on the mech, and Lloyd turned to see a booster covered in smoke.
Shoot. Lloyd thought as the mech crashed into the forest. Luckily the trees broke the fall, but unluckily Lloyd tried turning on the engine to find it unresponsive. Where's Water and Lightning when you need them?
Lloyd opened the compartment to the engine and started coughing as smoke flew out into his face. He groaned, knowing it was fried.
Lloyd closed the compartment and turned to face the forest. He could complete his task then text Morro to pick him up. He checked his phone and was thankful to see that he had a bit of service.
Lloyd returned to the cockpit of his mech and grabbed his canteen, some rope, and a pocket knife. Fire never let him leave without it, in fact Fire gave it to him.
It was nice and silver with a case covering the blade. On the handle Fire had burned the word, GREEN into it and filled it with what Lloyd thought was green glue. Once it dried it left the word GREEN in it in green. He honestly loved it even though he guessed he wouldn't need it.
Holding the knife in his left hand he hurried off. Somehow he forgot his katana, which would be a mistake he'd regret later.
Lloyd walked away from his mech, carving symbols in trees as he went. The symbols looked like arrows pointed in a different direction than the one he was going in, but they meant the opposite. He and the other ninja made this code for if they were in a situation like Lloyd was in. Thank the First Spinjitzu Master for that.
As Lloyd walked he started hearing footsteps and voices. Checking the area he ducked into a bush, crouching low and holding his breath.
"Why are we out here again?" A male voice asked.
"To find whatever Aaron shot down. He claims it was the Green Ninja's mech but I don't believe it." A female voice said.
"Nobody does. He's crazy, I'm telling you."
Lloyd was relieved that nobody believed whoever Aaron was.
"What would we do if we found the Green Ninja?" The male voice asked.
"Kill him. I want it to be painful and slow, he's put us in a lot of work whenever he defeats Lord Garmadon. My sister was fired out of the volcano because her idea of attacking the city failed. And it was all that greenboy's fault." The female sneered.
The two started discussing ways to kill him. Lloyd didn't enjoy it one bit.
After they disappeared around the corner Lloyd waited a few minutes before standing up. He had just got out of the bush when a sharp blade was pressed against the back of his shin and pushed inwards.
