D'Ambrosio has to find a way to calm Chris,so he just does what he learnt.
He lifts the covers and moves the blonde so that he's laying on his back; the defender climbs in bed with him and covers himself and the dane.

Chris seems to like the warmth the covers are offering and, despite being still present, the shaking subsides.
D'Ambrosio tentatively lifts his arm, Chris understands, immediately positioning his head on the defender's chest; D'Ambrosio lowers his arm and pulls Chris closer, gently stroking his back.

"I know it's all new and we just met. But you could have told me Chris, if not me, at least someone else. We wouldn't have let it go this far.
And about what Brozo said to you, don't listen to him, please.
I know that the fans and the media may not understand how difficult it is to change team and league, but we all know your value and we'll always have your back ok? We're friends, we like you as a person and as a player. Don't let anybody ever convince you otherwise."
The blond is silent, probably overthinking the defender's words.
D'Ambrosio tries to make him talk, asking him a simple confirmation of what he already knows
"You needed this, didn't you?"
Chris gives him a quizzical look, so he keeps talking
"The physical contact, someone close.
I've seen how you relax when one of us touches you. Know that if you ever need a hug or anything else you can always come to me, i don't mind."
Chris is a bit taken aback by this speech, he never would have thought that his new teammates would be okay with this "need" he had.
Before his arrival, he already knew that his anxiety would act up, but he didn't expect to find someone like Brozo.
He made peace with the fact that he would have to give up on the things his previous team did for him, at least for a few months.
He is really taken aback by how much the others care about him.
"Thank you, really. I know that i can trust you, so no more secrets from now on. And thanks for having my back, it feels good to know i can count on you, all of you."
Then the dane blushes, before adding
"And yes, this helps a lot. Especially when i'm anxious"

He can't really finish talking because he's stopped by a yawn.
D'Ambrosio just laughs and turns off the light, knowing that earning the dane's trust is a big deal, seeing how he is when he meets new people.

With a last look to the blonde's sleeping face, he lets himself go too, falling fast asleep.
