"What do you need?" Maruta asked
"I need your soldiers to look for any intruders. This land hasn't been used yet and I think this could be a great place to start a new village for you demons. Especially since there are some villagers who are still concerned about this" Matsuri said
"Oh you want me to start the demon village there?" Maruta asked
"Well yes and we'll need to give your little friends a few things to eat. Souls right?" Matsuri asked
"Yes" Maruta said
"I'll see what I can do to help" Matsuri said
"You really don't have to do this" Maruta said
"No. I want to help you. We'll find a way to get you and your people to eat" Matsuri said
"Thanks" Maruta said as she bowed down
"Now go out and tell your buddies about this plan" Matsuri said
"Sure" Maruta said and headed out the door. Suddenly Nitski popped her head inside and smiled
"Hey Matsuri. How's it going?" Nitski asked
"I'm working on the future plans. I'll be helping the demons and find a way to help the mortals from being harmed by them" Matsuri said and picked a few papers
"Wow...I'm impressed. You've been working hard that I think you need a small break" Nitski said
"No need. Thanks to Maruta I've been able to finish up my work. I still need to send a few resources to the Aihara and Momokino Kingdoms. They're running out of resources and we'll share a few things" Matsuri said
"Ah that's great but uh...you know a few vampires might want a small break" Nitski said
"I understand the holiday is tonight. So that's why I decided to give them a break from work" Matsuri said as she read a few things on the paper
"And uh...your family would love to see the performance. I mean the music and candies" Nitski said as she smiled and nudged Matsuri
"...they can go" Matsuri said
"But what about you?" Nitski asked
"I still have a few things to do. I won't be able to finish it..." Matsuri said
"Aww come on Matsuri. At least spend time with your family" Nitski said and ruffled her hair
"...I'll think about it. Just let me sign a few papers..." Matsuri said
"Sure" Nitski said as she smiled and walked away heading out the office. Matsuri closed the door and groaned as she grabbed her head
Damnit...just why? Why now?
Matsuri looked down as memories from the past began to appear in her head. She gritted her teeth and slammed her fist on the desk
Damnit...get out
"Matsuri?" Mitsuko asked as she knocked on the door. Matsuri jumped and turned to look at Mitsuko
"O-oh hi Mitsuko..." Matsuri said and trembled a bit
Why did I remember that slut?
"Is everything okay?" Mitsuko asked and touched her shoulder
"Yes...I'm fine" Matsuri said and looked down at the papers
This is killing me...
"Put those papers down" Mitsuko said
"I-I'm working right now. I just need to sign a few things an-"
"I said to put them down!" Mitsuko said raising her voice and snatched the papers
"What the hell?" Matsuri asked as she looked at her
"What's going on? You've been overworking yourself that you get any sleep. You've also been training with your Queen form which takes most of your energy away. You've been avoiding your family as well" Mitsuko said. Matsuri only trembled a bit and shook her head
"L-look just let me work" Matsuri said
"Is your work more important than your family? You haven't been spending time with Sachie or Asuka..." Mitsuko said
"...I have a ton of shit to deal with" Matsuri said
"I know you've been stressing out lately because of this Queen form and new power you're holding. Also you've been having nightmares after you encountered her again. But you need to take it easy. You are just destroying your body...you're hurting yourself...again. You're getting bruises and cuts already. Do you know how much it pains me to see you like this? It hurts me too...because I can't do anything to help you. I feel useless...just like when I first saw you cry in pain...during your training" Mitsuko said as her expression soften
"Wh-what?" Matsuri asked
"I passed by your training room because...I was worried about you and I wanted to see you. But...when I got there....you were on the floor bleeding" Mitsuko said
Flashback
The young girl only sat on her bed and sighed as she dropped her book. Mitsuko looked at the window and got out of bed
'When is Onee-chan coming back?'
"Onee-chan...I want you back" Mitsuko whined softly and looked at the door. She walked towards the door and grabbed the doorknob
'Onee-chan said not to leave the room...but...I want to see her!'
Mitsuko took a deep breath before opening the door and poked her head out. She looked around the area before she stepped out the room then closed the door. Mitsuko started to run down the hallway as she tried to look for Matsuri. She gasped as she heard a few guards and ran behind an armour that was nearby
"Ugh...I'm exhausted" The guy said
"Me too. Gosh the king is harsh. Don't you think?" The other guy asked
"Yeah he is" He said and stopped as he sensed something
"Anyways let's go get something to eat" The other guy said and stopped seeing his friend
"What's wrong?" He asked
"Mm...I don't know but...I smell something...odd" He said as he walked around. Mitsuko only covered her mouth as she trembled a bit
'Pl-please...leave...'
"Come on you piece of shit. Let's get going" The guy said kicking his ass and grabbed his shirt pulling him away
"Okay fine" He said. Mitsuko heard their footsteps fade away and ran away heading to the training room
"You need to try harder" Taruto growled
"S-sorry..." Matsuri said as she trembled and clenched her arm
"If you'd work harder then your body wouldn't bleed like that. You won't be a Queen if your body gives up easily..." Taruto said
"...I understand" Matsuri said
"You better. You'll be working first thing in the morning" Taruto said and walked away. Matsuri was trembling and clenched her arm tightly as tears streamed down her cheeks
"Why...am I...so weak?" Matsuri cried silently as she covered her mouth. Mitsuko hid behind the wall and clenched her fists tightly
"Onee-chan...I...want to...help you.." Mitsuko whispered as tears built up in her eyes
End Of Flashback
"I never asked you about it because it wasn't my business and because you would get mad that I stepped out...but now" Mitsuko paused and held her hands kissing them softly
"You're my wife...and I want...to help you. I don't want you to suffer anymore...I want to see you happy. I know things got hard for you but I'm still here for you. Because I love you so much...and I'll do whatever it takes to make you happy" Mitsuko said and kissed her. Matsuri teared up and kissed her back softly
She's grown up so much...
"I love you" Mitsuko whispered
"Sometimes...I feel like I really don't deserve you...because your so amazing" Matsuri said as tears built up in her eyes and Mitsuko wiped them away then kissed her again
"You're amazing too, Matsuri. And don't say such things...we deserve each other" Mitsuko said and kissed her nose. Matsuri smiled softly and hugged her
What did I ever do to deserve her...
Matsuri walked out of her office with Mitsuko and was startled seeing the kids in living room
"Huh?" Matsuri asked and jumped as Asuka put a crown on her head
"What is-"
"I made it myself. You have been working so hard and protecting the Kingdom. You deserve the reward for being the best mother and Queen Vampire in the world" Asuka said and soon hugged her mother
"And we love you" Sachie said and hugged her as well. Matsuri's eyes widened as tears built up in her eyes and soon hugged both her girls
...what did I ever do to deserve this family? After everything I've been through...I always thought I would die alone and become a monster
"Group hug!" Nitski shouted
"Hell no!" Matsuri said but Juhin and Nitski hugged her
"Hey! Don't forget about us!" Yuzu said
"Me too!" Shai said and the two Okogis joined in on the hug
"Eh?! Why are you two here?" Matsuri asked
"Because you've helped us" Shai said
"Yeah if it weren't for you then we wouldn't been able to use our power" Yuzu said and smiled brightly. Matsuri only groaned a bit but soon smiled
But...I guess I was given a chance to be happy. Thank you...
"Thank you everyone. Guess I was just tired...I love you all especially you both Sachie and Asuka" Matsuri said as she ruffled both their hair
"It was Asuka's idea because she loves you very much" Sachie said as she smiled a little
"Sh-shut up. I was doing it to make mom feel better" Asuka said as she blushed
"Thank you Asuka" Matsuri said and kissed her head softly
"Y-you're welcome mom" Asuka said
"And will we go?" Mitsuko asked
"Huh?" Matsuri asked
"To the 100 year celebration" Sachie said
"Auntie and Uncle have been talking about it a lot" Asuka said
"Do you want to go?" Mitsuko asked. Matsuri only held her hand and looked at the ring
"You're so naive..."
"Did you think I love you? I just wanted to have fun"
"You're boring..."
"You're weak"
"Fuck off..."
"I don't lov-"
Matsuri kissed Mitsuko and smiled
"Sure. Let's go" Matsuri said
It's all over now...I shouldn't be thinking about the past. Time to focus on the future...with my new family

The night breeze was cold but the family stuck together felt the warmth. They group stood underneath the stars while they started buying a few things
"Ooh! Candy!" Nitski said
"Wait up" Juhin said
"Haah...they're acting like children" Cyndi said
"They always do" Ortho said
"Papa! I want candy" Miyu said as she pulled his arm
"Careful!" Ortho said as he followed her
"Can we go too?" Ema asked
"Of course sweetie" Cyndi said
"Woah...this place is so beautiful" Shai said
"I wish I knew about this sooner" Yuzu said
"Don't move Okogi. I'm freezing" Himeko said
"Ah sorry" Yuzu said
"Aren't you wearing a coat?" Mei asked
"But it's still freezing" Himeko said
"You'll get used to it" Shai said and Himeko kicked her ass
"Agh!" Shai whimpered
"Nene-chan!" Hana whined as she held her closely. Nene only blushed and hugged her
"You're warm" Nene said
"And you're soft" Hana said as she cuddled her. Fuyuhime and Yua held a stick as it created small sparks
"Ooh! This is so cool" Yua said
"It burns a bit" Fuyuhime said and held it closely
"Guys! We gave sweets!" Miyu said
"Miyu, you shouldn't have taken the whole bag" Ema said
"Someone is going to get sick tonight" Koharu said
"These sweets are delicious..." Kiyoko said and shoved it in her mouth
"Don't shove the whole thing in your mouth. You'll choke" Miyagi said
"Who is able to eat the most?" Hina asked
"No. You won't be eating the entire thing" Nene said
"Aww man" Hina said and pouted. After a few mintues, the vampire began to turn on the lanterns
"Huh? What are those for?" Asuka asked
"These small lanterns are used to make wishes. You turned them on and send them flying off in the sky" Matsuri said
"Do they come true?" Asuka asked
"Mine did" Matsuri said
"Eh? What did you wish for?" Asuka asked
"Sorry can't say. Once your wish is fulfilled. It's best to keep it a secret" Matsuri said
"But how will I know it'll come true?" Asuka asked
"You just have to believe" Matsuri said
"Mm...fine" Asuka said and grabbed a lantern. Sachie took a lantern and so did Mitsuko
"Do these work?" Mitsuko asked
"You just have to believe. My dream came true..." Matsuri said and leaned in kissing her. Mitsuko blushed deeply and looked away
"Alright everyone! Turn on your lanterns!" A man shouted at the audience
"Oh! Let's hurry and turn them on. It's about time" Matsuri said as she helped them turn it on
"It looks bright" Sachie said
"Almost like stars" Asuka said
"Now that we have them lit up. We'll wait for the announcement which is right now" Matsuri said
"Everyone! Let's send our wishes in the sky! And celebrate our 100 year lives!" The man shouted and soon the audience sent their lanterns towards the sky. All the sudden the lanterns exploded and created a beautiful aurora boreali in the sky
"Holy shit!" Miyu exclaimed
"That's awesome!" Hina said
"My explosion was way bigger! My wish will definitely come true" Asuka said
"I hope mine comes true" Fuyuhime giggled as she glanced over at Sachie. Miyagi only clenched her fists tightly but felt Kiyoko beside her
"Our dreams will come true" Kiyoko said as she smiled warmly
"Hopefully" Miyagi said
"They look so beautiful..." Ema said
"I know...it looks beautiful just like you" Yua said
"What?" Ema asked
"Hehe nothing" Yua said. Sachie stared at the beautiful sky and smiled softly
...I want...my wish to come true

Meanwhile in the dark cave, the woman growled as she punched the walls. She panted heavily and held her hand out to touch the wall but flinched since it had a barrier
"Haah...haah...I'll get you. All of you...will pay for everything...that stupid prophecy of yours is fake. There won't be a next Queen...I will kill that future Queen. Once I get my hands on that corrupted kid...I will be the next Queen" The woman said and smiled before she stared at the wall
"Three more years...and I will escape this place. I can't wait to finally meet you...Sachie Taniguchi. Our fight...will be legendary" The woman smirked
