"We should just let her rest for now. That power of hers was too hard for her body to handle. Bruises have already showed up" Liana said as she held her arm gently. Matsuri was in bed resting and Jinah trembled staring at the bruises in her arm
...what kind of mother am I? I can't...even protect her...or save her. I'm so weak...
"When will she wake up?" Jinah asked
"I'm not sure yet. We'll just have to wait and see" Liana said
"Right..." Jinah said and left the room heading to the living room
"Will you speak?" Jinah asked glaring at the demon
"Pfft...this is your so called family? You know...you should've died" Arisu said
"...speak up already" Maruta said as she looked down
"Mm...why should I? We were just helping Tonisha even though she knew it was suicide...I don't get why she was crazy for the Mizusawa. I mean...you Mizusawas are fucked up" Arisu giggled
"Shut up you fucking bitch. Matsuri has already gone through enough. You caused this mess..." Nitski said
"Don't blame me. I was just doing my job..." Arisu said
"You should've died along with Tonisha...for almost hurting our family" Nitski said
"Aww so caring. How sweet...heh...disgusting. Honestly...how the hell did you guys ended up having a family of your own? Especially you Juhin since you ended up fucking a man and created a baby" Arisu said
"Shut up" Juhin said
"You can't even save your family..." Arisu whispered
"What was that?" Nitski asked as she growled
"Do I really have to explain myself to you? Have you forgotten what you'd done in the past? Your family has no clue about that...and about the sluts you fucked with" Arisu said
"I've changed alright? I will admit I was a complete bitch back then...but I changed" Nitski said
"Heh...are you sure? Or are you still a weakling when your mommy died" Arisu said. Nitski flinched and looked up
"...how the hell...did you know about that?" Nitski asked as she trembled and Juhin grabbed her shoulder
"Nitski...calm do-"
"Were you there?! Who the hell told you!?" Nitski exclaimed
"What? You causing your mother's death?" Arisu laughed. Nitski ran up to her in a flash and sliced up Arisu's face destroying her left eye
"NITSKI!" Everyone exclaimed. Nitski felt hot tears building up her eyes as she stared at her bloody claws
"You're worthless..."
"That's why your mother died..."
"Because you're weak..."
"Don't listen to her, Nitski. Everything is fine. It'll be okay. H-hey...everyone here is safe and no one got hurt severely. You just have to-"
"Tch! Shut up!" Nitski shouted as she pushed Juhin
"Nitski" Cyndi said
"We're not fucking kids anymore Juhin. Not everything will always be a happy ending so stop talking like mom. She is gone! Dead! All because of me! Damnit! All because of my weak ass little bitch!" Nitski shouted as tears began to roll down her cheeks
"Nitski...calm down" Jinah said
"...all the sudden you care about us and Matsuri? Have you forgotten what you did when Matsuri was born? You fucking left her! Matsuri had no love or care at all from you! Who was there when she learned how to fly? Who was there when she achieved her first hunt? Who was there when she cried all night because of the pain she left or when she had nightmares? Me! I was more of a mother to her than you could ever be!" Nitski shouted as she trembled
"N-nitski... don't talk to Auntie li-"
"Will you just shut up?!" Nitski exclaimed
"It was never your fault! Mother saved you because she loved you and cared about you! She wanted you to keep living!" Juhin said
"But I couldn't do anything! I was weak! And I still am!" Nitski said
"Nitski...no. You're-"
"Shut up! It's all your fault! You were never able to protect Matsuri! Do you know how I felt just sitting back and watch her fucking father torture her?! I couldn't do anything! Matsuri had to suffer all because of me! I couldn't save her!" Nitski shouted and Cyndi walked up to her

Nitski flinched as she felt a touch and slapped Cyndi's hand away before she left heading out of the castle immediately as tears started to fall down her cheeks
I-I can't...must...escape! I don't want...to be weak!
"Nitski! Wait!" Cyndi said. Nitski ignored her call as she ran away

"Auntie...I'm sorry" Juhin said
"No...she's right. I've...never been a good mother to Matsuri...nor with you guys" Jinah said
"But you've changed..." Juhin said
"I know...but still...after Matsuri was born. I never really paid attention to her like you two. I never knew what was going on with her...and I...could never help her or save her from her father. But...after he...gave me a chance to redeem myself. That's why... I've started to help Matsuri...because there will be more challenges that she'll have to face" Jinah said
"I'll go after her. You guys stay here" Juhin said
"Is she...okay?" Cyndi asked
"Don't worry...it'll be okay. I know where she is..." Juhin said as he smiled a little and looked down at the little girl
"Uncle pl-please help m-mom..." Ema said as she trembled. Juhin knelt down and patted her head softly
"I'll bring your mother back..." Juhin said as he gave her a warm smile. Ema nodded and Juhin walked out of the castle before rushing towards the forest getting a few burns from the sunlight
Nitski...it's okay
"Aww did I make the little girl cr-" Maruta kicked Arisu across her face and knocked her out unconscious
"I'll keep her in the dungeon..." Maruta said as she carried her in her arms
"Tell the guards to keep an eye on her" Jinah said
"Sure" Maruta said as she nodded and left the castle
"Taniguchi...please do me a favor and...take care of Matsuri for me. She'll need a lot of support...especially since...she is reaching to that age" Jinah said
"What do you mean by that?" Mitsuko asked
"... I'll let Matsuri explain that" Jinah said
"Okay" Mitsuko said as she nodded
