"She was so beautiful. I couldn't believe my eyes. I never knew such a maiden existed."
"Hey Lucy, how much you wanna bet he's gonna blush?"
"Shut up Natsu! I'm not gonna blush! Anyway...."

*Mai's POV*

Who was he? He was so cute!! Agh! What do I do?!?!
"Hey Mai!"
"Oh hey Aina."
"Did you see that really cute blonde guy?"
"Omg yes!"
We continue to gawk over how hot he was and how hot that other guy was too. The other guy had black hair.

After awhile of talking with a bunch of people I could care less about, I go outside and lean against the railing.
"*sigh* Why did I have to be born into a rich family?" I ask myself. "I wish I had more freedom." I slump my body over the railing and groan. "This life is so boring!" I complain.
I let my golden locks out of the clip and allow them to flow with the wind. I place the clip and my pearl headband on the top of the railing. I look out into the yard and notice a small pond.
I grab my clip and headband and hurry over to it. Once there, I find a big rock and place my things on it. Next, I slip my shoes off, which have been killing me all night, and place them on the rock as well.
I lift up my dress and step in. The water is frigid but it feels nice. I've always loved the outdoors, but the closest I ever got with nature was playing outside when I was younger. So whenever I get the chance, I sneak off and do what I want. I'm splashing my feet around in the water when I hear a voice.
"What are you doing?"

*Sting's POV*

Rogue and I are standing in the big ball room, watching the guests. I keep searching for that one girl, but I can't seem to find her.
"Hey hot stuff. Why don't you join me in some fun?" This one chick says to me. I look her up and down and she's in what I believe a...shirt? (Picture!) She's cute, but not what I want.
"No thanks. I'm busy." I say, turning back around so I'm not facing her.
"Oh come on. I know you want to."
"No I don't. So leave me alone." I start to walk away. I catch a glance out the window and see something I never expected to see. A smirk creeps up on my face.
"Oh, did you change your mind?" She still hasn't left.
"I'd rather die." I say to her before I exit through the doors.
I walk over to the pond. The girl I've been searching for is splashing her feet around in the pond.
"What are you doing?" She turns around.
"Ah...I...Um I...." she can't even speak.
"Today would be nice." I say with a sigh.
"I don't know." she hangs her head. She sulks out of the water and onto the grass, wiping her feet off in it before she slips her heels back on. She starts to clip her hair back up.
"Don't."
"Excuse me?"
"Leave your hair down. It looks better." I slight blush flashes on to her face. She smiles.
"Thank you."
"Just speaking the truth." I smirk.
"I like your honesty."
"Why don't I escort you back in?" I offer my hand to her and she takes it.
"Gladly." she smiles. I place her hand on my arm as I did earlier, and we walk back in.
