I and Ebimo sang as the music blasts from my mp3.
"Mama! Mama!" Mummy called from the living room.
That's my pet name.
"Yes ma?!" I replied reducing the volume of the mp3 to hear her well.
"Reduce that thing!"
"Yes ma!"
I reduce the volume of the mp3 as Post Malone - Circles starts playing.
"Seasons changed and our love went cold..
Feel the flame cause we can't let go...
Runaway, but we're running in circles.

I dare you to do something...."
"Timipere!!" Mummy shouted again

"Yes ma!"
"I dey call you, you still dey there?!"

"I'm coming!" I say quickly as I jump out of bed and run to the living room.
"Sit down" she tells me

"Are you sure?, Cause everyday it's these songs you keep playing up and down?"
Silence
"No day will I hear you playing Christian music"
Over exaggerating
"See let this nonsense music stop. Sing songs that will give praises to God!"

"Ama, you dey hear me?"
"Yes ma"
"Where the assignment wey you say you no Sabi?"

"I'll do it tomorrow before devotion, I'll collect Amanda's own"

"Okay, I want to go to Bible study, don't go out oh!" She says standing from her chair.
