A new ally

Well that was something.
When was the last time I woke up in a hospital?
I don't know. I didn't record it.
You are still here.
I looked at my left hand and took of the glove. The stone was still there. The black stone with a glowing red outline. The stone that took so many lives and cursed me.
"B.A.Y.C.A.T.?" I asked. I wonder if he came with me.
"Yes sir?" my A.I. answered. If it was still here then I would have no trouble fitting in.
"Whats the current status?" I asked the A.I.. no one else was in the room.
"Project integration is 100% complete" the A.I. answered. I payed the bills and left the hospital.
"Alright catch me up to date." I said holding up an iPhone to my head to not look weird in the eyes of the onlookers.

"The worlds are quite similar. Abilities are pretty common. The levels go up to 10. This world's distribution consists of 30% low-tiers, 55% mid-tiers, 12% elite-tiers, and 2% high-tiers. 1.0 or below is a cripple. Below 1.9 is a low tier. Below 3.4 is a mid tier. Below 4.9 is an elite. Below 5.9 is a high tier and above are god tiers. Though this worlds ability users are weaker than in our world. A book called Unordinary motivated people to become  vigilantes who are killed of by Ember, and was banned right after its release. The vigilantes are burned. The nearest school is Wellston. It is the strongest school in the area and has never lost a turf war, this worlds variation of combat clash. Turf war is held between two schools by the king, queen, and jack. The aces in this world do not battle. There are no supporters in battle. Turf wars are held 1v1 or 3v3. Though sometimes 1v3 is also held. The schools hierarchy positions are King, Queen, Jack (chosen by the king and queen). The positions below jack do not exist. The Ace doesn't exist in every school but can if number 1 creates that position. That is all you need to know so far."
"Thanks. One final thing. Any good cafes?" I asked.
"There is a Woaba Boba place to your left." The A.I. answered. I looked to my left and sure enough I saw a place with Woaba Boba on top with some colored drinks with brown pebbles inside. Well it can't hurt to try something new.
I went inside and noticed a familiar figure sitting on the last table. It was the same boy I saw when I first opened my eyes in this world. The boy noticed me and looked rather surprised.
"Hey you are that guy from yesterday! Are you ok?" He asked. I sat down across from him.
"Yeah. Thanks for calling the ambulance for me. I'm Ben by the way."
"No problem. I'm John." Just then the waitress walked up to us and asked what would we get to drink.
"The usual please" John said. So he is a regular here.
"I'll get whatever he is getting" I said.
"Did you move here recently? I haven't seen you around before" John asked.
"Yeah. I'm new around here. What about you?"
"I moved here a week ago to attend Wellston. Its the best school in the area."

"It does sound nice. I might go there as well." I typed to B.A.Y.C.A.T. under the table to rent the house next to Johns and to apply me into Wellston. I might as well entertain myself somehow to pass the time while I figure out a way to get back to my world.
"What year are you in? I'm a first year."
"Same, we might be classmates then. Well I must take my leave now John. There are some things I have to take care of. See ya" I said putting a 20 dollar bill on the table and walked out. Time to get used to this world.
