"Whats wrong?" Lou asked, quirking an eyebrow up and looking at my pale face.
"I'm going to be sick again." I gagged, diving for the trash can. Lou grabbed my hair, lightly holding it away from my face and rubbing my back in little circles. I had nothing in my stomach anymore, the food Niall had given me came up last round.
"I don't know." I whimpered, leaning back and wiping off the corners of my mouth.
"There is no way you can go to the show and that date tonight." Lou mumbled, shaking his head.
"No I have to. I can't go home yet. Besides I'm fine." I told him, standing up too quickly and falling sideways onto the wall.
"Whats wrong? Are you sick?" He asked, me shaking my head.
"I feel fine. I've felt fine all day. I just got sick. Maybe it's something I ate." I shrugged, a weak smile pulling onto my lips to hopefully trick him.
"What did you eat?"
"Some pizza, crisps, chips, and a bagel. And a pretzle." I mumbled, ticking off each food on my fingers.
"None of that should have made you sick. We all ate that."
"Well, what else could it be?" I snapped, throwing my hands in the air. Looking at Lou's eyes, I noticed the bright blue flick to my stomach. "No... No no no..."
"I mean, did he... you know uhm.." He mumbled awkwardly, scrunching his nose up a little. My bottom lip started shaking, giving him his answer. "Oh Angel... When did it start?"
"Three weeks ago... Ish..."
"And you've been with us about a month right?"
"I met you thirty seven days ago." I mumbled, a blush spreading across my cheeks.
"So would it be possible that you're....?" He gulped, his eyes drifting to my stomach once again. Instinctively, I covered my stomach with my arms.
"No." I said, my voice strained and weak. The flash in his eyes told me he knew exactly how much I was lying.
"Who is... Who... Uh. The dad, if it were to be... You know."
"No one you know. It isn't... I'm not... I can't...I'm seventeen... It's not... Not possible..."
"I need to get you out of there. Somehow. Please, please let me?"
"And how would you do that? How could you possibly do that?" I snapped rudely, clenching my fists and shitting my eyes tightly.
"I don't know! But I can figure it out if you just LET ME." He snapped back, his eyes flashing with something I'd never seen in him. Pure anger. I flinched away, tucking my face against my shoulder.
"I'm sorry." I said quietly, barely above a whisper. I kept my eyes shut tight, waiting to feel the impact.
"P-An- I'm sorry. I am. I'm very sorry." Lou told me, turning my face towards him and brushing his thumb over my cheek. "I didn't mean to scare you."
"it's fine. But I have to go... Do something."
"The shows on in ten. You should get to your seat." He told me, helping me up and smiling.
"Yeah, guess so. Thanks Lou." I sniffed, rubbing my nose.
"Anytime. Want some gum?"
"Please." I sighed, getting it from him and popping it in my mouth.
"Enjoy the show. Just wait about ten minutes after the show or whenever everyone clears out and Niall will meet you out there, okay?" Lou told me, smiling before hugging me tightly.
"Yeah, deal." I smiled, following the guy taking me to my seat. Niall grabbed my arm before I walked out, turning me around and hugging me.
"Nervous?" I laughed, seeing his quirky smile.
"Just a bit. A kiss for luck?" He smirked, wiggling his eyebrows. I laughed, kissing his cheek. "No, a real one!"
I smiled, pressing my lips together and biting the inside of my lip. I shrugged a little, one arm still slung over my stomach. He tugged my arm off my belly, placing that and the other around his neck, his arms placing around my waist and pulling me closer to him. His body was scalding against my freezing cold one.
"No, a real one." He told me, his lips pressing to mine quickly over and over. I smiled into one, making him smile back. He grinned, his one perfect tooth peeking between his teeth. I bit my lip while I smiled, his smile getting even bigger.
"LIke how?" I asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Like this?" He said, barely above a whisper. My eyebrows knitted together, giving him a questioning glance.
"Like what?" I said when he hadn't done anything. He smirked a little before his lips crashed into mine, showing me exactly what he meant by 'real kiss'. Oh oh dear lord, did I love it.
"Like that. See you after the show." He said, pecking my lips one more time before letting me go and running off towards the stage.
