It's now 6:25pm and Jensen is laying on a bank of one of the lakes on the property.

He was thinking about what he would do concerning Danneel and even how they got to this point in the first place. Although, he'd fallen asleep at some point.

Hunter was close by, munching down on the green and brown grass. He would have run off if it was anyone else who tried this, but he was used to Jensen doing this.

Jensen exhaled, putting his right hand across his stomach. He has his left arm under his head and his legs crossed at the ankles.

CRACK!!

He flinched at the loud pop and shot up into a seated position as Hunter neighed, spooked. He spun to the horse, but it reared up and then bolted into the trees.

"Hunter!!" He yelled, stumbling up. He took off after him. "HUNTER, STOP!!!"

The horse was long gone, though, by the time that he got to the trail. "Fuck!!" He screamed up into the air. He pulled his phone out of his back pocket and started down the path after his horse.

He cursed again, however, seeing that he had no signal. "This is just my luck!!" He yelled out to the world.

Another lightning strike came a few minutes later and it made him look up at the sky. It was darkening fast, faster than it should be for the time of day. He knew a storm was moving in and he knew that he was at least a mile away from the main house and barn. He picked up his pace.

"Tessa," Jeff said, moving up to Tōshirō's stall.

I turned to him, having just gotten all the horses back in from the pastures. "Yes, sir?"

"Has Jensen come back yet?" He wondered, leaning his crossed arms onto the top of the gate.

"No, sir," I answered and walked out of the stall. I looked out of the huge doorway for the sliding barn doors and saw that it was dark and nasty looking. "That came out of nowhere." I said in a very low voice.

He nodded, locking the gate's three locks for me and then he closed the top of the gate, making a full door.

This is a stallion stall, so it can be completely enclosed. It's virtually inescapable, which Tōshirō needs. Jeff suggested earlier today that I put him in here from now on.

"He should be back soon," He told me, checking out the weather too.

"Hmm," I hung the leather halter onto the hook by the gate. "Do you need me to do anything?" I asked, turning back to him. "I was about to get the feed ready." I normally don't feed the horses until about 8-830pm, but it takes a while to set up all the individual mixtures. I like to get it all ready to go and then clean up the stable before it's that time.

"Yeah and I'm sorry to ask."

I shook my head. "It's fine. What is it?"

"I need you to go check the pastures." He explained, resting his hand on the bars of the stall. "This is going to be a bad storm. I can't have anything come loose or flying around, into the fences."

"Of course," I voiced, already walking to the tack room.

He tilted his head to the side, wondering where I was going.

"Can you get him out for me?" I called, walking through the door.

"Sure," He nodded and did just that.

I went to my locker and slid into my black lightweight Poly-Tech zip-up jacket. I put my thumbs through the finger holes, pulling the sleeves down over my hands some. I pulled the zipper on the way up to my neck and covered it with the extra flap of fabric, locking it in space. I turned back to the locker and my black hyper-loft puffy vest hanging on a hook in it. I threw it on as well. It's getting colder by the minute. Plus, the vest will keep me somewhat dry if it starts to rain, it is water proof.
