Awake

I could hear muffled voices.

"When do you think she'll wake up?"

Kakashi?

"Anytime. Never. It's all up to her now Kakashi."

Tsunade.

"If it's okay with you. My sister and I will leave within a month."

Riku is here too?

"That'll be fine. Follow me and I'll get you two set up somewhere to stay until then."

Thank you Tsunade.

I heard a door shut and someone let out a deep sigh. When he grabbed my hand I realized it was Kakashi.

"Darlin'. I'm supposed to be the calm copycat ninja. Nonchalant and unphased," he got silent for a minute. I just wanted to squeeze his hand so badly.

When he began to speak again; I could hear he was crying, "But here I am, scared that I won't get to see your beautiful eyes again."

Kakashi. I'm here.

I was doing everything I could to open my eyes. I just needed some little movement to happen. I felt his bare lips against the back of my hand. I so badly wanted to feel them against my own lips.

Come on fingers. Move. Please!

I felt my hand twitch.

Progress is beautiful.

"Darlin'? Can you hear me? I felt your hand move!" His voice was honestly giving me life, "Maybe it was because I kissed your hand?" I felt his lips against my hand again.

This time my thumb moved. My body was slowly waking up.

"Come on! I need you to open those beautiful eyes darlin'," he started to trail kisses up my arm.

More movement followed. So he followed suit on my other hand and arm. When he was satisfied with his work there; he moved to kiss my forehead. "It's been a week since I pulled you from that room already. Please come back to me." He trailed kisses down one side of my face and then jumped to the other. "I've missed you so much. I thought I really lost you there."
        He kissed my forehead again and started trailing kisses down the middle of my face. He stopped right above my lips and rested his forehead against mine. "I won't kiss you until you're awake." He was too busy kissing the sides of my face to notice that I had already gotten full control of my body back.

I slowly opened my eyes to see that he had his closed. I smiled, "But what if true love's kiss is what breaks the spell?"

He jumped backwards but was quick to throw himself back at me. He wrapped his arms around me and I did the same, "I'm sorry I kept you waiting Kashi."

He pulled back so I could see his face, "I'm just glad you're back," he caressed the side of my face before he kissed me with every ounce of passion he could.

Someone cleared their throat from the door. Thankfully Kakashi had his back to the door while he kissed me. I slowly pulled away and pulled the mask back over his face.

I turned my attention to the doorway and smiled, "I really think you should keep a room reserved for me Lady Tsunade."

She shook her head but I could see her fighting a smile, "I'd punch you if you hadn't just woken up from a coma."

"How about you come over here and put your hands all over my body," I wagged my eyebrows at her.

She rolled her eyes and laughed, "Leave it to you to joke right now."

She walked over to me and I laid back and shrugged, "Who said I was joking?"

She shook her head again and continued to check over me. It didn't take her long to finish up. "You're stuck in here for a week; and then you're going home to rest for another week."

I groaned, "Do I really have to?"

She glared at me, "Yes. When you're two weeks are up; come straight to my office." She leaned down and wrapped me in her arms, "I'm glad your home." I hugged her back and then she quickly left right after.

"Looks like you're stuck being my babysitter yet again," I winked at Kakashi as he sat on the hospital bed beside me.

"I'll watch you until the end of time darlin'."

I smiled and cuddled into his side, "Tomorrow will you go get everyone? Tonight I just want to relax with you."

He started rubbing my head, "Of course. Now, do you wanna nap or; would you like me to go get you some food?"

I titled my head to look at him and smiled, "What do you think?"

He chuckled, "I'll be right back darlin'."
