Everything was perfect.

The wedding preparations made Ann busy, but it was the happiest I've seen her.

I accompanied her every day. Whether it was to the florist or to the caterer, we were so hands on even though we have a wedding organizer.

We both wanted it to be perfect. And it was. We could both picture our wedding day perfectly, everything was going as planned.

The night of the wedding, I couldn't sleep.

I wanted to talk to her, pero sabi ng Mama ko, masama daw yun. Masama na magkita ang bride at groom sa gabi ng kasal.

Damn, that stupid premonition!

So I didn't go to her, and contented myself thinking about our future together.

I slept too little, that night. I woke up at midnight and stayed awake until morning.

Nung nagising kasi ako ay hindi na ulit ako dinalaw ng antok, I was too excited.

Finally.. Ann and I will be together.

Everyone thought it was impossible, but here we are proving them wrong.

Madami ng tao when we arrived at the church, lahat sila ay excited na din.

Halos lahat kasi ng mga inimbitahan namin ay mga kaklase namin noong elementary at highschool, ang aming mga kapitbahay at ang lahat ng nakakaalala sa kanilang pagkakaibigan dati.

Who would have thought na those two children who hated each other so much before, would get married today?

He patiently waited for Ann at the altar. His heart beating faster every second.

But she never came.
