Stuck In Between

A week later...

He sat on the side of the tub, smoking his 3rd cigarette of the day. He was so addicted, he once finished a whole pack of cigarettes in a day.

He didn't care about the fact that he was coughing terribly. He kept shrugging it off, like he shrugged everything off.

The cigarette pack was already running out, so that meant Finn had to go out to the gas station. He had a flannel on today, with some ripped jeans.

His hair was messy, as always. Finishing the cigarette, he walks out of his apartment. He plugs in his ear buds, letting the music play. Are You Bored Yet?

It was a typical song Finn always listened to. He drove his black B.M.W, heading over to the gas station. He was hoping that he would be able to get out of there quickly.

But was soon stopped when Romeo got in his way. Finn scoffed, "Dude why are you everywhere I go?"

"I'm not everywhere you go, I just happen to be where you're at." Romeo rolled his eyes. "Well can you move out of my fucking way?" Finn asked harshly.

Romeo rolls his eyes and Finn pushes past him. Finn did it without thought, he was just in a hurry. But doing this angered Romeo.

And that's when Romeo pushes him. Finn drops his cigarettes. "Really?" Finn scoffed at what he just did.

"Next time just don't push past me. Don't want to hurt your sweet little Millie." Romeo laughs as he says that.

"Get a life, Romeo." Finn rolls his eyes, and grabs his pack of cigarettes once again.

Finn just turned around and left. He had no time for Romeos actions, or whatever he wanted to say.

He knew whatever he was gonna say was gonna be about Millie. He loves Millie as a friend.

If he had heard his words, he would've gone loose, maybe even put in jail.

When he got in his car he just sat there not knowing what to do.

He just decided to go over to Millie. He didn't even text her to let her know he was coming, he always did that anyway.

Finn could've gone to Iris's house, but since Finn has just mended Millie and his friendship, he wanted to spend time with her.

He had hoped Joseph wasn't there, but it wasn't a surprise. He was there. "Oh- I'll just come back-" Finn mumbled but was cut off. "No no, it's okay. Come in." Joseph was friendly. He didn't really expect that since Finn sort of knew Millie had bad taste in men.

Well shit. Finn cursed in his head. It was gonna be an awkward situation to be put in for him. It was usually just him and Millie. Not him, Millie and her boyfriend.

It wasn't really usual that a boyfriend of Millie's was actually nice to him. Usually her boyfriends would get angry at her for hanging out with Finn.

The reason to it was that their characters had always kissed, even made out. "Uh- are you sure?" Finn asked.

"Yeah, no worries. Come in." Joseph moved out of the way after saying what he said. Finn awkwardly walked in, at an instant he was greeted with the smell of lovely candle smells.

He wasn't sure how to approach Millie, which was another unusual thing. Finn always approached his bestfriends in a silly way.

He saw Millie playing with her hair waiting for Joseph to come back. "Millie." Joseph said cutely as he sat next to Millie on the couch.

Millie smiled. "Finn is here." Joseph told her. Finn sighs and waves, "Hi, Mills."

She looked at him and her smile grew even wider, "Hi, Finn."
