                        CHAPTER V

4 YEARS LATER...

Finally, it's four years later and I am bigger and stronger and faster than ever, wanna know why I say so? Well that would be because for the past 4 and a half years technically we've been going through intense and hellish training, learning how to push our limits to become the most formidable of soldiers and it was worth with, don't worry you'll be seeing me in action soon..

"Nineteen get your head in the game" Bryan says as he runs faster than my eyes could follow and uses his grapple belt to hold on to the edge of a building and uplifts himself into the air and blast two laser beams at a class C robot leaving a somewhat minor attack, I just stare at him trying to anticipate his skills.

"Yo lift off of me" says Max as he positions his back towards my direction, so I quickly run to his direction and take one step on his back and WHOOSH I'm up in the air.

I try to copy what Bryan did to that robot and I shoot a grapple holder at a building opposite the one Bryan shot at hoping to make a counterattack, Pause! What are all these talk about grapple holders and ray guns?

First of all, the grapple belts are how we get around since no matter how much you push your limits you still won't be able to fly.

We use grapple belts and its shooters are positioned on top of our two hips and in addition to that we have a gun or guns that emit rays more like beams of energy and some grenades and other fighting stuff,

Back to action!

I lift up and launch a few grenades onto the robots' metallic neck.

Oh yeah! How I know the robots are ten feet like I said I would explain earlier well when you fight them often you would know.

I use another grapple holder to launch myself on another building away from the one the robot just smashed.

Milton and Max seem to be trying to rescue the couple refugees as Max shoots his grapple holder trying to dodge one of the robots' punch coming at him.

The robot notices he dodged his punch and releases a laser beam at Max while still in the air and Max cleverly dodges it by throwing a flip in mid-air and shoots a grapple holder and grabs the refugees and extracts them towards him and shoots the other grapple holder on a nearby building to get to safety.

Milton dodges ten straight laser bullets shot at him while remaining in the same position and mind you those lasers are 2x faster than an actual bullet.

The robot then unleashes an electric blast force field at me so strong that if it were to reach me in the slightest bit, I would be dead instantly.

I have no idea the death waiting for me as I am backing the robot just as the blast is about to reach me Bryan jumps in and

pulls me out almost nearly but brings out a force shield from his left arm and reduces the effect of the electric field blasting us away and knocking us out but we are still alive but barely.

The robot doesn't buy our immobility and approaches us with the intent to squash us.

Milton was busy trying to gather the refugees in one piece when he notices us.

"Max!!"

"go save Bryan and Nineteen"

Max immediately notices the robot closing the distance between us and speeds faster than the wind past us and the robot.

It seemed like Max abandoned us when he ran past us but while he did that, he released his grapple holder to a nearby building and releases the other to use and grab while simultaneously releasing his grenades to the robot leaving it stunned.

"Milton let's go!!" Max yells

"no get to me I have the transport" Milton yells

And just as Max is about to turn to Milton's direction he was met with a surprise.
