CHAPTER IX
Wow, that was fast.
"what do you expect the guy's good," Bryan says angrily at the fact he just stated
Within a few moments' jerry rushes towards us.
"is everyone okay?" jerry asks with no emotions on his face like he cares and doesn't care at the same time.
"yeah I think we're good" max responds
"we're fine" Bryan adds with a frustrated and disrespecting tone which Jerry ignores.
"Jerry to Base, I've retrieved them"
"Base responding bring them to our location" the voice on the comms of our suit responds.
"No! I think its best you relocate position I have a feeling those robots know where you are"
"What makes you so sure?"
"I have a feeling"
"But how will you meet us"
"you may contact us after a month then the robots would have given up and you guys will have time to cloak yourselves"
"Be careful Jerry" Mr. Watson replies from over the comms.
"I will be sir, over"
"What's going on," Bryan asks but Jerry ignores
We all soon start running towards "No clue land" just following Jerry's command
All of us try increasing our speed to catch up with Jerry but fail even when He's obviously holding out to avoid losing us.
But Bryan the persistent one still attempts to try and catch up but is still not fast enough
All our running is sooner brought to halt when we spot 10 class C robots are seen lined up in front of us.
"how do these tin cans keep following us" Max says as he spots them ahead.
"they are full of surprises" Milton adds.
"C'mon we can take them we have Jerry," Bryan says confidently as Jerry just stares at the fast-approaching robots in silence.
"I'm not so sure" I respond.
"let's go" Jerry orders as he turns around to look at us.
"wait what! We're retreating?" Bryan says frustrated at the sudden call to retreat.
"that's an order" Jerry says as calmly as ever.
"I don't care I'm not retreating" Bryan says and not up to a second later he is on the ground from Jerry's strike.
"carry your friend and follow me" Jerry says looking at me.
I quickly pick Bryan up and join them in retreating.
I love how the brothers never question those in authority, they are the most loyal people I have ever met.
