Bedridden

Gerard and Hayley just laid in bed for the rest of the day. Billie brought them some tea and coffee every now and then.

"Anything else you need?" he asked.

Gerard had fallen asleep so Hayley talked for both of them. "Do you have a speaker?"

"Like for music?"

"Yeah. I'm wanting to listen to something."

"I've got one in my backpack. One second." He went over to the kitchen area where his stuff was.

"Found it!"

He handed her the speaker and a phone. "I've only got some stuff, though. There's some Linkin Park on there, I think. I know I have Hybrid Theory."

"Nice, they're a cool band. Thanks, Billie."

He nodded and walked over and sat down to type something on his computer.

Hayley turned the speaker on and searched through Billie's music. She found Hybrid Theory like he'd said and pushed shuffle.

"Good choice," Gerard mumbled.

Hayley chuckled and laid back down while the music was playing.

A few days later, Gerard and Hayley were feeling better. They weren't so bedridden, but they were still a little sick.

Billie suggested they stay at the motel while he and Frank went to get food and such.

-Billie's POV-

He was worried to leave Hayley and Gerard by themselves considering their condition. But, nevertheless, he knew they were able to call him or Frank. Tre was jamming with headphones on, so he just sat in the car.

They parked the car and walked into a Walgreens.

"So," Frank began. "What should we get them?" They were standing in the snack section.

"Personally," Billie replied. "I prefer microwavable stuff. Ya know, like pizza or lasagna."

"That sounds really good right now."

"There's the freezer section, let's go look over there."

Frank nodded and they made their way to the back of the store.

"Here's some pizza," Billie said. "Bet Gerard will like this."

"Huh?" Frank asked.

"Oh, I was just saying that Gerard might like some pizza, ya know?"

He nodded again. They stood there in silence for a while staring at the freezers.

Billie grabbed a few pizzas and little lasagnas to bring back.

"Do we need anything else?" Frank asked.

"Maybe some soup. That's always good for when you're sick."

They grabbed some more things before paying and walking back to the car.

"DID YOU GET ME ANY CHIPS?" Tre screamed.

"Dude, Tre, take out your earbuds," Frank mumbled.

"WHAT?"

Billie waved him off, and he kept jamming.

Frank started the car and they drove back to the motel.

"How'd it go?" Hayley asked when they walked in the motel room.
