Almost...done?

Hayley's mind was blown. She couldn't believe she'd found the missing officers. "Do-do you wanna join us, then?"

Chester shrugged. "Sure, why not? What are you looking for?"

Billie looked around. There were a few people on the streets. "Just take this, and we'll tell you when we get there, okay?"

He and Mike both took one of the portable Travellers. "Where to?" Mike asked.

"The real question," Billie explained. "Is when?"

A few seconds passed of awkward silence.

"Are you gonna tell us where to go?"

"Oh! Right, sorry. Got kinda caught up in the dramatic moment. 1984. Same place, okay?"

They all nodded and typed stuff into their Travellers.

"See you yesterday," Hayley joked as they as shot through time.

The tight, suffocating feeling of teleporting was something someone could only bear for a little bit. If you were in it too long, then you'd be too dizzy and sore to walk when you landed. Maybe it was good that they stopped in 2004. It saved them from that feeling.

Eventually, it ended. Hayley stood up and looked around. The feeling of where she was was definitely different than the other place. It was a forest, for crying out loud, but Chester had soon appeared next to her a few seconds later.

"It's been a while since I've done that," he joked as he rubbed the back of his neck.

"Yeah, I'm sure it has," she replied with a little laugh. "Anyway, let's go look for the others."

He nodded and they started searching for everyone else.

-Billie's POV-

He stood up and looked around. Only to see walls on three sides and a dumpster. An alleyway, he assumed.

At the other end of the alley was a road. A fairly busy one, too. Lots of people were walking around, and there were cars driving along.

Billie walked out to the road as casually as he could. The only problem was his clothes. His didn't match everyone else's. It wasn't a big deal, though. He was mostly focused on finding the rest of the squadron.

Billie's eyes caught sight of Mike leaning on a lightpost. "Mike!" he whisper-yelled. He walked over to him and stood there.

"Hey, glad to see you," Mike said. "Took you long enough."

"What do you mean?"

"Travellers sometimes take longer than others. I've been here a few days."

"Really? Oh my gosh, I'm screwed! DeLonge and Hoppus are gonna kill me! I-I failed my mission! I-I-"

"Relax, Billie. I was kidding. I've been here for, like, ten minutes at most," Mike laughed a little.

Billie, however, did not think it was funny. "That was a real dick move, ya know. I almost had a panic attack."

"But you didn't. Come on, let's go search." Mike stood up off the lampost and they started walking down the road.

-Frank's POV-

"Hello?"

"Hello? Is anyone there?"

Frank was in a dark room. He was scared and just wanted to go back home. It didn't matter that the world was gonna end in 8 days.

Wait.

No, it was 8 days when they left.

Who knows how long it's been.

Frank sighed and leaned against a wall. A very faint flash appeared so quickly, he wasn't sure if he'd seen it.

"Hello?" Tre called out.

"Tre! It's me, Frank! Where are you?"

"I'm over here, follow my voice."

Frank walked with his arms out in front of him until he met Tre's shoulder. "I'm so glad you found me," he said.

"Me, too. Now let's get out of here," Tre said. "I see a little light this way." They followed the light and ended up at a door.

Are you kidding me? Frank thought.

He pushed the door and ended up on a street. Lots of people and cars were going by.

He looked over at Tre. "Lead the way," he said.

Tre nodded and they walked out onto the street.

-Hayley's POV-

"Chester, look!" She pointed to a small town they'd stumbled across.

He saw what she was pointing at and smiled. "That's perfect! Now I'm gonna call Mike and-oh wait."

"What is it?"

"No cell service. I forgot how shitty the 80s were." They laughed a little and walked to the town.

It was actually a pretty big town. Lots of people and cars were on the bustling streets.

"So," Chester began. "How are we supposed to find them? Should we, like, put up a bunch of 'missing persons' papers?"

"The old fashioned way. That's how," Hayley answered.

"...so...putting up 'missing person' papers?"

"Is that really the 'old fashioned way'?"

Chester nodded. "It makes sense if you think about it."

"Yeah, I guess so. What I meant was walking through the streets looking for them. Hoping we'll just stumble across them."

"Okay, I guess we can do that."

Eventually, Chester pointed out something. He said he thought it was Mike's red tips. "It was this way."

They ran across the street and over to the lampost he'd seen.

"Chester!" Mike exclaimed when they caught up. "I'm so glad you're safe." He pulled him into a hug before doing the same to Hayley. "Billie was with me a second ago," he continued. "I think he's takin' a piss in that alley over there."

"Dude!" Billie said as he walked out of the alley and zipped up his fly. "Nice to know you can keep a secret. Whatever. How was the ride, guys?" He hugged them as Mike had.

"The usual," Hayley answered.

"Okay. Well, have you found anyone else?" he asked.

"No, you're the first," Chester answered. "We're still looking for Frank, Tre, and Gerard, right?"

"Yeah, yeah that's right," Mike said. "Let's go keeping looking."

-Frank's POV-

They'd been walking around for a little while, looking for the others.

"I don't think we're gonna find them," Tre said.

"No, no, we will. We just need to keep looking," Frank answered as he kept his eyes moving.

"Frank, let's just sit somewhere and wait for them to find us. I'm sure they're looking, too."

He nodded. "Okay." They sat down on a park bench and waited.

-Gerard's POV-

Where is everyone?

Are they wondering where I am?

Why can't I see anyone?
