Y/N's POV.

I opened my optics as I sat up, I smile as I notice Stardust fast asleep her head resting on the berth. I gently rubbed her head as she slept, she purred as she moved her head onto my lap. I smile as I continue petting her "Your up." I look over as Ratchet whispered as he stood by the monitor. I nod as I notice Optimus leaning back in a chair snoring gently "Did he really not leave my side?" I ask quietly so I didn't wake him or Star. "He was like this when I got in here, they both were." he said quietly as he walk over to me, making sure he didn't step on Star. 

"How are you feeling?" he asked me, I sigh as I rub my head "Like scrap." I said tiredly looking at him. "Where's Moonbeam?" I ask "He's resting, I'm guessing Stardust couldn't." we both look at Star as she huffed in her sleep and moved closer into my touch. I smiled at her "Sweetspark, your awake." I look up Optimus he stood up and walked over to us. I smiled as he laid a soft kiss on my forehead, he then looked at Stardust. My smile got bigger as I watch him rest his hand on her head. "Your going to be a great Sire." I said softly.

 "I already am a Sire, they might not be biologically mine but Stardust an Moonbeam are my sparklings. No matter what anyone else says." Optimus said as he looked at me an smiled, I smiled back.  "Y/n, Optimus, there's something I need to discuss with you." Ratchet said still staying quiet so not to wake Stardust. We both look at him "Shockwave might have a way to help keep you and the sparkling save." I looked at him confused for a moment. "And what way would that be?" I ask.

"I can explain it from here Ratchet." we all turn to the door as Shockwave entered the medbay with my sister right behind him. "What the plan was is to surgically remove you pup and put it in an incubation pod. In this way both you and the pup can both coexist." My optics went wide at the thought of removing my pup months before it was time for them to be born. Without noticing my tail quickly wrapped it's self around my stomach. My tail hit Stars head making her jump up slightly as she looked around confused. 

I quickly apologized to her before turning back to Shockwave "But this ain't a normal pup, you incubators won't help this pup." I said with slight fear "I am aware, that's why Wheeljack an Triple Flip are making this specially designed incubator that I made." he then pulled out a data pad and gave it to me. I look at it to see a blue print of an incubator as I looked over it I notices a date at the corner of the blue prints. "Shockwave, it says you made this in the early days of... the war." I said confused as I look up at him.

He stayed silent before looking to Soundwave "You would be right, sister." Soundwave said as she turned back to us. "Shockwave originally made this...... for me." I look at her in shock (god I use the word 'shock' to much) "Your pup was a swimmer to." I said as I realized. She nodded as she looked at Shockwave "He worked nonstop to find a way to make sure both me and our pup would survived." she explained "But I failed too do so." Shockwave stated as he looked down. "You didn't fail me, my love." Soundwave said as turned Shockwaves head to look at her.

I stared down at the blue prints still unsure if I should do "How-How long until we do this procedure?" I ask looking up at Shockwave, he turned to me "As soon as the incubator in contemplate." I nod as I take a breath in "Ok then, do what u must." I said, he nodded as he and my sister left. I sigh as Optimus hugged me "Everythings going to be alright." he said an kisses my head as he stepped back "I know." 

"So your going to be ok now, Carrier?" Stardust asked with a hopeful smile, I smiled as I nodded "Yes sweetie, I'm going to be alright. Now go get some sleep." I said to her, she nodded as she nuzzled my chest "Good night Carrier, night Sire." she said as she left the room. I smile as I look at Optimus "That means you too, your the leader and you need to rest as well." I said with a small chuckle "But-" "No but's love, I'll be fine. You go rest." I kissed him, he smiled an happily kissed back  "Vary well then." he said.

"Good night my love." he said as he started to walk out.

"Good night." I said as I also laid back down and went back to sleep.
