Jayden's POV

Something was wrong. He didn't know what, he just knew something wasn't right. Ever since he left the Shiba House and went to the Tengan Gate something was happening he just knew it.

When they came back from the Tengan Gate his suspicions were true. The first indication was his teammates faces. They looked like they saw a horror film. He wasn't sure what they saw but it definitely had shaken them up. The second indication was the giant hole in the wall.

Mike, Jayden thought.

Were they scared he was going to yell at them? For a hole? I mean a house without a hole would be nice, but accidents do happen. He wasn't mad at all.

"Hey Jayden! How was your trip?" Kevin asked a little too cheerfully.

"Um, it was fine." Jayden replied "Are you guys okay?" He asked noticing the tear stains on the girls' faces.

"Mentor do you mind if we talk with Jayden for a minute?" Mia asked sweetly.

"Of course." Mentor replied although it was obvious he was confused as well. Nonetheless, he left the team in the main room as he headed towards his quarters.

"Ok, what's up you guys? What happened to the wall?" Jayden asked. He knew Mentor had seen the wall as well but didn't say anything because of the looks his teammates were giving him.

"That was me, sorry." Mike said slightly raising his hand.

"That's ok, we'll fix that later." Jayden replied still confused.

"That's not the only thing we're sorry for." Emily continued.

"Ok.. what else?" Jayden asked.

The group looked at one another. None of them wanted to tell Jayden but they knew they needed to. It was the right thing to do.

"When Mike created the whole in the wall," Emily continued, "we found a box."

"A box?" Jayden asked. "What bo- oh." The realization hit him like a truck. He knew he should've hid the box somewhere else. But then again he didn't expect someone to create a hole in the exact place he hid the box.

"We watched the videos." Mia finished for Emily.

"All of them?" Jayden asked, hoping they hadn't.

"Yeah we did." Mia looked down almost ashamed of her actions.

"I'm sorry mi amigo, we had no idea." Antonio replied referring to Rose.

"It's okay you guys, really it is, if anything I should've told you this. I just didn't think it was important enough for you guys to know." Jayden said.

"I'm sorry man. Rose seemed like a good person." Mike added.

"She was, she was amazing." Jayden replied with a small smile.

"What was she like?" Emily asked genuinely interested.

Sure they had gotten to somewhat know what Rose was like through the videos. But they still didn't know much, and anyways whenever Jayden talked about Rose a small smile would always come on his face. A smile the team hadn't seen in a long time.
