today i was gonna tell colby about how i felt but he brought a girl over and was flirty with her the whole time. my mood dropped completely. i was really upset. he clearly likes her. what could i even bring to the table? they were being way too flirty for my liking so i got up and went to my room. apparently that caused me to get attention because a couple minutes later colby was knocking at my door. i opened it. "hi." he said. "hi." i replied. "um can i come in?" "sure." i opened the door fully and he walked in. i shut the door after he sat down. i guess he could tell i was upset. "is everything ok??" "i'm not in the mood." "you know you can talk to me right?" he said. i scoffed. "yeah because i should definitely come to you about how i feel about you especially when your downstairs flirting with some other fucking girl." holy shit. did i just say that? "how you feel about me??" i sighed. "yeah i have feelings for you. i thought it was pretty obvious but i guess not. it doesn't matter cause you obviously have a girl." "no, she's a friend and i feel the same way you do. in the time i've known you i guess i fell in love with you but was too scared to say anything." i was shocked. "oh.. wow. um does this mean we're dating now?" he laughed. "uh yeah i guess." "holy shit." i really didn't expect this day to go that way.
