2024 notes/edits: I like this pairing a lot more than I did when I was younger... I actually like it more than sonamy (gasp! I can hear the children gathering their pitchforks.. hurry... hide yo wife and hide yo kids!!!!1!1!) but that's not a high bar because I don't really like sonamy.. actually it's not my favorite ship for either characters :P still pretty cute. I like sally a lot. I fw sonic for the most part. They work well together when needed.

I like them in the satam universe! I really do think they compliment each other's personalities and I think they have strong chemistry (whether platonic or romantic, I like both.)
