The beginning/ When Worlds Collide (L x Reader Death Note)

Chapter 17- Final Chapter

 You open your eyes as you hear the alarm clock buzzing. When you open your eyes you find L sitting in his normal position looking at you. You yawn and sit up, rubbing the sleep out of your eyes.

“Moring Z.” You hear L say.

"Morning…” You were not much of a morning person and it was too early. Well that’s what it felt like. You got up and grabbed some clean clothes from your dresser. You walked into the bathroom and turned on the shower. You put the water temperature to warm.  You shut the bathroom door and got in. You took about a 20 min. You weren’t exactly sure. You were much slower in the morning anyways. After you got out you changed into some skinny jeans and put on a black shirt with a white tiger on it. You got the shirt with your younger sister when she was still alive. You went to put on your eye patch but dropped it on the ground. When you bent down to get it your vision went black.

---Dream---

Z… Z… Come on get up! We are going to be late!

Your eyes opened to find your self in a long black dress. There was short girl about your height in a pinkish purple dress. Her face was blurred out. “Who are you?”

“What do you mean, Z*****.”  She said your full name. “Its me. Wendy. Your sister.”

“W-Wendy? Where are we? Are you real?” 

Wendy laughs lightly “Of course I’m real. Well here in this world I am.  Come on! Enough questions! We are going to be late!” You watched her run out of the room you two were in down a hall. You followed her. As you did you felt dizzy. You look around realizing this was the world of Death. This is where Dead and Gods of Death come once every year. You had this happen last year, but once you leave you have no memory of this place until you return. You walked down the stairs to see a very specific God of Death. You walk over to a very tall blonde woman. She has a light gray shadow forming around her.

“Hello Shadow.” You say to her. She looks at you and smiles.

“Good to see you dear friend.”

“I’m surprised they let you out.” Shadow worlds greatest assassin, my best friend.

“Yes, those fools thought five years in the slammer would change me. Pfft. I’m still as deadly as ever.” She smirked.

“Well I’m kind of glad you haven’t changed.” You couldn’t help but smile. Five long years since you have seen her. She was a God of Death in the form of human. Kind of like you just pure Death God.

Shadow leaned in to whisper something in your ear, “I’m coming to visit you, Z*****”

---Back to reality---

 

You open up your eyes you were looking at yourself in the mirror holding your eye patch. What was I doing? Was I admiring my own red eye?  You shake your head. You feel like something is missing. You put on the eye patch and walk out. “So L, what are we doing today?”

L smiled and got off the bed were he was siting. “I’m not sure. I think we are picking up your mother today at the airport.”

Your eyes widen and you walked over to your calendar. Yup, it’s been a month and your mother was coming in. “Wow. I didn’t realize how fast the month has gone.” You looked over at L who was walking toward you. He kisses you lightly as he wraps his arms around you.

“Z?”

“Hmm?” You looked up at him, his dark eyes looking into your green one. “Are you going to tell your mother the good news? Or are your going to wait?”

“Um... I haven’t really thought about it. I guess I should tell her.”

L lets go of you and starts heading down stairs. You follow him down into the kitchen. You walk over to the fridge and get out some waffles. (Do you like waffles? Did anyone else have that song go through his or her head? XD) They were the microwaveable kind. You put them on a plate and stick them in the microwave.

You look over at L who is having a cup of coffee that just turned into a drink full of sugar cubes. You smile lightly and heard the microwave beep. You get out our waffles and sit at the table. You put a little of butter on them with syrup. After you finish your waffles and L finished his well um-coffee looking sugar drink you both walked out to the limo. The driver was ready to go. You Get in the car with L following right behind you.

--- Time skip to after a tough time finding your mother at the airport and her being in the car---

“I’m so excited to see your house!” Your mother said joyfully. “And you must be L, the one who helped me get here am I right?” She put out her hand for him to shake. He did but right after he wiped off his hand. You mother looked very upset? You think maybe more confused.

“Nice to meet you too, (M/N) ((ßmother’s name))” L said politely as to make up for cleaning off his hand. L looks over at you with a straight face, yet you knew he wanted you to tell her.

You sighed and looked at you mother, “Mother… I need to tell you something very important.” At the word of important she was all eyes and ears. “Mother I’m pregnant.” You stated. With that your mothers eyes widen and she fainted.

Okay! Sorry this took so long! I had a little bit of writers block. There is a sequel to this coming out on the 12. Maybe even a little sooner. I’m not sure. Sorry if that seems like a long time, but as you all know school is back! L And I need to get back into my school schedule.
