16. Thorn of Rose

Prae hugs Iris's shivering body.. she again tries the door for the umpteenth time, shouting and screaming for someone to open it.. it's stays locked from outside with no one coming to change the status , and her fist clenches in anger .. that low life Godt, Alice and their deplorable plans and they both innocently played right into their slimy hands...

"Prae, Arthit is in danger we need to get out,now?"

Iris keeps on shivering and crying .. .

" I betrayed him, I pushed him into danger.. where are the fucking guards, Prae, why aren't we hearing anyone, you said they will save him.. where are the twins?"

Iris mumbles again as Prae hugs her closer , letting her own tears fall.. it all seems surreal now. It's hard to believe everything was so calm and perfect,  few hours before.. ..

They had reached the resort at around late lunch time with Alice, and for a change the ice princess was super quiet the whole trip. She mostly slept the whole ride ..

But Iris was bothered with her aura, though Alice kept quiet, Iris was not at all fond of her obnoxious cousin, as their company in the car ride, would be an understatement , she severely detested her presence .. .

Especially Her aura was disturbing Iris a lot from the moment she had seated herself beside prae and occupied one of the window seats...It was icicle like with a hint of dark black swirling around it .. and one question that bugged even Prae,  was why were there no other cars except their two guards following them..

They were supposed to travel in a group, Godt's medical college group was supposedly to be in another car as well as his own kingdom's close friends . But no other car was seen behind them..and .. that was definitely odd ..

But they couldn't really think much into it..They both were also tired with their college project submission work previous night and slept off soon like Alice, trying not to think much into the scenario, they innocently deducted, may be the other cars left early or were late..

They reached the resort  by late noon, successfully avoiding the jungle roads at dusk.. and were escorted to their respective suits .. Prae with iris in one and Alice had her own separate accommodation.. Oddly, Godt never came to greet them and they were sent their lunch at room soon, which pleased them more than raising suspicion, as they both were ravenous after the long car journey ..

Iris though received a call from the evil prince telling them his other guests are arriving late so they all will meet directly in the evening for the birthday party bash and to enjoy the hospitality of the hotel in the meantime, ..littler did they know they were lured into a well oiled trap...

Their room was beautifully decorated, ambience super romantic with clouds floating through the big French windows when they were opened along with the chill crisp mountain breeze .. there was unhindered view of the valley from the dangerous but exquisite almost floating wooden balcony, and Iris moved closer to Prae automatically..

They kissed and things heated up pretty soon..for the very first time they were alone in a closed room, .
..through the whole car ride they couldn't even hold hands due to Alice's malicious presence..the weather, almost god sent alone time,  in such a romantic setting expectedly ignited the fuels of passion and lust in two young women, craving for each other and privacy for so long..

Their throbs of ecstatic passion when subsided they had slept off only to be awakened from their short exhausted nap by  rude knocks on the door..and Alice had walked in with a smile, bewildering both of them..when she opened her mouth their world literally collapsed..

" My dearest cousin..why don't you pick up your mobile and call that stupid Arthit to the pooldside below.."

" Huh!! What the hell and why.." Iris was flabbergasted!
