"I'm finally going on a flamboyant mission!"

Tengen yelled from across the court. You looked over to muichiro for permission to go over there. He just shrugged and walked away. You did a little jog over to him.

"W-where are you going?"

"Well, I have to go to the red light district... so I'm going to take some girls with me!"

You looked at him with a blank face, pondering what he meant by taking them with him. Was he just going to borrow some female demon slayers or just some random girls?

"I see... when are y-you going?"

"Today of course! It wouldn't be that fantastical to go any other day!"

"Hm okay then, i will s-see you off soon then."

He gave you a nod before running off to some direction.

wait a minute, the butterfly estate is in that direction... wait he can't be thinking about taking them, no way would he do that. No no no he's tengen he would do that, I need to stop him.

So you ran after him, hoping to stop the kidnapping of the young girls there.It wasn't a long run

That voice was all too familiar to you.

You heard a male voice that mumbled something, you couldn't quite make out what he was saying, you assumed it was tengen's. With that tengen was Followed by a STOP' and screaming from the little girls from the estate.

You were almost there, but you stopped in your tracks.

"Kanao-sama"

"Don't pull me so plainly."

Maybe you should wait a few minutes to see if they needed help....

Kanao is helping them right? I'm such a coward! It shouldn't matter if she's already helping them, I'm a pillar for gods sake!

Just as you were about to walk into there, tanjirou ran past you to confront what's happening, you then lost all your confidence and slowly followed behind tanjirou.

"HE'S KIDNAPPING THEM, HELP!"

"YOU DUMB LITTLE BRAT-"

"H-hey guys maybe stop."

It was pointless though, Your small voice didn't reach them.

All you could do was hold in laugh as tanjirou tried to headbutt him but missed.

"You fool."

Tengen started off. You just shook your head and decided to leave them to it, I mean he wouldn't do anything bad to anyone. He's not like that. Screaming continued in the background as you waited at the gate to bid them fair well.

You waited a A few minutes, to see tengen appear.

"T-tengen did you put the girls back."

You said as He gave you a nod.

"I'm talking the three boys, I'm going to turn them into pretty looking girls!"

"I-i see, well I uh wish you luck... PLEASE C-COME BACK. A-ALSO FOR GOODLUCK."

You have him a kiss on the cheek, not wanting this possible last goodbye to be plain. But unlike you hoped your embarrassment was just too much, so you ran away, waving him.

AHHH WHY WOULD I DO THAT, HE PROBABLY THINKS IM WEIRD AND YUCKY UGH WHY AM I SO DUMB SOMETIMES, WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU (Y/N)?!

You passed what you thought was tanjirou, I mean your hands were covering your face. How could you be able to tell?

"G-GOODLUCK YOU GUYS!"

You yelled at you ran past them. They replied but you were already too far away to know what they said.

You slowed down, looking up at your crow in the sky. The sky was actually really pretty today, what a perfect day to be alive.

Tengen has to come back, or else that kiss was for nothing.

Arriving in the court yard you could see oyakata-sama waiting for you. Bowing you apologised.

"No need to apologise my dear child, I'm glad you could make it on Such short notice."

He spoke with a smile, god you wondered how he did it sometimes, was he faking it, maybe he doesn't smile when he's alone, maybe he's just like that. But really you don't need an answer to anything.

"T-thank you oyakata-sama. Why d-did you need me?"

Your voice was a bit shaky as always.

"I just need to go on a mission with someone, you know Ema from your estate? I wish for you to a go along with her for her first mission."

Ema? Ema is going on a mission? She never told me that she was finished her training, she didn't even tell she went to the test. It's my fault isn't it, I haven't been at the estate for so long.

"I um y-yes of course."

"Thank you my child."

He then dismissed you. The day was still lovely, the clouds were pretty. Muichiro is probably watching them.

"(Y/N)-SAN!! WHERE WERE YOU?! YOU MISSED MY TEST"

You saw Ema run up to you in a beautiful Haori that was similar to your own.

"A-ah ema-chan, I'm sorry... I um"

You looked down, ashamed that you've been ignoring the people you're meant to be taking care of.

"YOU'RE SO MEANN!!!!"

She started pouting, but then it turned into a smile.

"I'm glad I get to go on a mission with you. I bet it's going to be fun!"

She was twiddling her fingers while looking down

"Y-yeah it's gonna be fun! Uh h-how has it been since I left?"

"Oh gyomei-sama trained with me for a day, so that was fun. Uhhh akutagawa-kun and Atsushi-kun are going to take the next hunter test. But that's about it."

You stoped in your tracks.

"W-what?! You trained with gyomei?? Y-your so lucky! Gyomei barely t-trains with me-"

"THAT'S BECAUSE YOU DON'T ASK HIM!!"

Ema said in response.

"W-whatever lets just go!"

You said as you spun around quickly, and walking away.

"Uh (y/n)-san, wrong way."

You quickly turned around again. Your face a bit red from embarrassment.

This is going to be a fun one.
