My eyes slowly opened. I scanned the place, realizing I wasn't in my bedroom. I turned around and saw Niall was still sleeping. Then, the door was opened by an old man. I assumed he's in the mid fifties according to his feature. He stared at us the moment he saw us the ground. I held Niall's arm and shook it to wake him up. He groaned.
He sat up and quickly stood up when he saw the old man. I took our jackets, holding them in my arm. "Thank you, sir. We've been stuck in here all night." Niall said while shaking the old man's hand. He nodded and turned to me, I smiled at him. Niall pulled my hand out of the room. We walked towards the exit. I looked at the old man once more. He was still standing there with his mouth partly opened. I mentally laugh on how shocked he was.
He opened the door and took a really deep breath while stretching his hands out. "Aahhh, fresh air. Finally." I pulled my hand from his grip and slowly walked away. "Arianna ? Arianna ?!" I heard he's calling me from behind. I didn't turn back.
All I did was walking and walking and walking; as if I was scared to talk to him or making contacts with him. "Sorry." I stopped in the middle of the pavement, staring in the crowd blankly without knowing any reason.
Am I waiting for him to come running at me ?
