"Yo, Harry. Our friend here got stuck in a tiny space with a complete stranger." Jackie smiled at me. "Really ? When ?" he asked me sternly. Before I could open my mouth, Jackie stood up, took her jacket and walked out the door. "So, I'll be on my way to Laura's before I could hear your not-so-boring-story and I probably won't come home tonight." She closed door and silence started to fill in the atmosphere as both of us were staring at the door.
"First thing first-" "I'm the realist." I sang. He looked at me with anger. "What ? It's a good song." I explained to him. "Anyway, first thing- the first thing I want to talk about is that roommate of yours, Jackie." He stared at me; his face was emotionless.
"I promise you, there's nothing going on between us and by the way, she hates me." He tilted his head. "Laura is her girlfriend." I continued. He positioned his head to normal, "Tell me about 'the stranger' you were with." He was smiling now. The smile he used to do, telling people that 'everything's fine.' "His name is Niall Horan." I spoke softly, scared to his reaction that the stranger is a he rather than a she. His smile slowly faded and stared at his shoe. He looked up again, staring at me a few seconds and finally said, "I'm hungry. Let's go have lunch." I chuckled. "Unbelievable."
