Your mom's quirk is called "elf of mother nature"

She is an elf who is able to control the four elements, water, fire, earth and air.

Because she is an elf, of course I had to give her elf ears. (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*:･ﾟ✧

Her hero name is Natura, which means "in the nature of something" and is another word for mother nature, I hope you like her name!

HERE IS A LITTLE EXPLANATION OF YOUR DAD'S QUIRK CUZ WHY NOT

Your dad's quirk is pretty similar to Hawks's quirk...

He has a pair of big wings, also able to throw his feathers. He just isn't very fast with his wings.

Your dad is a civilian ^^ 

Hawks got your dads quirk but stronger, with your mom's air abilities :)
